This store lied and ripped me off with a previously bought phone. Told it was a pay as you go and a year later couldn't use. Called main customer service and said that was not available anymore and offered me a monthly charge plan but I only need a phone for when I rarely get out and for emergencies. They offered me little help with this old phone. Also, continue to see pre-paid phones advertised by T-mobile. They are all worthless staff. I so agree with all of these other poor ratings. Will never go to again.

I came in yesterday on my birthday to purchase the gold iPhone 14 Pro Max. I have had my 12 Pro Max paid off for over 6 months now, and was NOT trading it in or doing a promotion at all. All I was doing was financing a new phone on my Magenta Plus plan. Nene helped me with everything and was super nice. As far as I knew everything went great. However when I got home, there was a notification on my T-Mobile app that my plan was set to change to Go5G Plus on November 14th…. I didn’t ask to change plans, and it was never mentioned by her AT ALL. I was also not offered insurance and didn’t state I wanted any for my phone either. But this morning I received a text message letting me know all the benefits for Protection360 on my account. I don’t understand why all of these things were added without my consent, and I was not even told about the changes being made. I had to call 611 and have a customer care representative fix everything back to the way it was. I’m not sure what happened maybe if she was clinking things too quickly or maybe she assumed I wanted them without me saying so or even asking me. It’s not fair, and I’m thankful I’m very diligent and checked my app as soon as we got home. Another situation I had at this location was that I needed to change everything over from one phone to the other but when she did it with the Apple ID, none of my text messages, calls, or voicemails were there. All my apps were missing and nothing was right. (everything was backed up) I was told it would take too long to do it the other way since the phone needed an update. And that I would have to complete the process at home. I had NO idea what I was doing and struggled for over an hour while watching a YouTube tutorial… I finally got it, but they should have helped me considering the store was practically empty. They were very rushy and trying to get me out quickly. Maybe so I wouldn’t notice all the changes and charges they added without my consent. DO BETTER. As far as 611 representatives, they are beyond amazing and help with everything. It’s just wrong I had to go through this entire process in general. It’s suspicious and weird. Buyers beware of what they’re doing to your account because I’m not the only one who has experienced something similar at this specific location.

aya is a really good employee i came in to pay my phone bill she told me all the good deals t-mobile got and i ended up upgrading my phone and got a new watch as well im very happy with my visit today thank you aya.

The employees are very rude when I ask for help with app assistance they smart mouthed me. Very unwelcoming environment. The manager as well was disrespectful defending his colleagues without even apologising for their insolent behavior.

Michelle was amazing! Very knowledgeable and professional. With as busy as they were, all of the staff took great care with each customer. I was very pleased. Whatever they're getting paid it isn't enough.

I needed my Sim card changed out & they did it quickly. Don't use this store. I found out 3 days later they added an insurance plan that I did not ask for. Anything for them to make money off of us.

Customer service is terrible and the men in there all seem like they have an attitude. The white manager walk around and do nothing; when people walk in he walk to the back. I always try to stay out the store the whole year I been with T-mobile. Instead of trying to help it’s a problem. I hate to say this but most of the people that work for T- mobile tell you what you need to hear so they can either get you out the store or off the phone.

I have been a happy T-Mobile customer since college in 2013, never had any concerns with the good and services provided. But yesterday was a digusting experience. Tall black guy, totally careless with poor customer service skills. The guy did not want to be ther to be honest. I only judged to step into the store in order to inquire infos regarding Roaming plans since I am going overseas and also add funds on my account. The man did not even bother to update me on different options that could suit my expectations, nearly just told me get a SIM card there, pushed the Ipad to me with “ sign it “ and went straight in the back. I just paid for the funds, and ended up getting better care over the phone. Great job T-Mobile !I know some people are not meant to do great in life, while some others are very dedicated in anything they choose to do. It’s a matter of choice, perhaps T-Mobile ought to choose from the second type.
