My experience….spent over $1300 at T-Mobile a few weeks ago. I bought an IPhone 15 Max, Otterbox and a charger. My charger stopped working, so I went in with my receipt to exchange it, since it stopped working. They told me that they had a 14 day policy. I went a couple miles up the road and the guy was nice enough to switch the charger out for me. You would think, if someone spends so much money on these phones and such, they would be understanding when it comes to accessories.

Got here at 1130 google says they open at 1000 sat here for 10 minutes until a woman in a red camry finally went in and opened the door sit around 10 more minutes and knock and call several times and nobody answers do they not want to work or what do better T-Mobile this is ridiculous

T & Yosi were the best when it came to getting a new phone & WiFi set up. They were so helpful & listened to what I wanted. For sure will recommend this T-Mobile to anyone.

I obtain service from T-Mobile they were nice from that day and every day I called and asked him what I think is them questions hey let me know no question is done and they answered very politely and

The attendant was so busy going down the line of items or services that he could sale me,he was clearly not interested in the reason that I was there. So he wrote what he called instructions for me to transfer my information from one phone to another phone. His lack of interest in solving my issue and brushing me off said it was past time for my polite exist I said thank you and left.

Been a customer with T-Mobile for years very disappointed with the service after they merged sprint. My iPhone is outdated and I was wondering about upgrading it. At this particular location, I stopped in and let the worker know I’m interested in upgrading. She asked if I wanted to trade in my phone, I said I would consider it. She asked for phone number and my ID, asked to get information about my phone, then said we can’t take your phone for a trade in. Then she walked off and went and stood at a counter. Didn’t offer any other information options available. At first, I assumed that there were no other promotions available. I left the store, I looked online at T-Mobile website and realized that I was eligible for other promotions. I went to another location that was extremely helpful and told me about all of my options. In my opinion they could use some training about customer service and the promotions that are offered online and in the store.

Absolutely HORRIBLE service by the employee who claimed the be the manager. The other employee was helping other customers and seemed upbeat and friendly. This lady was very rude any should not manage ANY thing. Won't be back.

Had the best experience today! Decided to finally switch from Verizon and upgrade my phone and received 5+ star customer service! Keelyn and Sean were incredibly helpful and kind and made the experience out of this world. I was nervous that switching over would be a headache and cost a ton but they gave me an incredible deal and made the process not only painless but fun. I couldn’t recommend working with them more highly and will absolutely go back in the future if I need anything else.

I was late on my payment plan couple of months ago and T-Mobile allow me to pay a small fee and set up another payment plan and I thought that was pretty cool

If I could give no stars I would every time I come to this place it’s never open on time there is 6 of us standing outside you would think workers would get to work at least 10/15 mins early to give them selves time to prepare for the day but there is NO ONE AT THIS LOCATION at all

Just back from switching to T-MOBILE from Verizon and getting a new phone for my wife. Thanks to Estephano it was a most pleasant experience. He answered all my questions and explained everything I needed to know without the unnecessary salesman tactics. Everything taken care of in a timely manner. I’ll tell all my friends. This place has great customer service, I recommend my brother, now he is with T-mobile. I went last week to switch over and the Manger assisted me, she was extremely helpful, great customer!!
