It’s been very hard for me to find a gym home where I feel like family and not treated “like a girl” if that makes sense. It’s not clique-ish at all. Old school training in an old school gym. Extremely fair prices. Probably to best gym I’ve been to in Nashville.

This place is great and I’m happy I found it thanks to coach Justin. Coach Justin performs high level BJJ classes and is the real deal. He’s very patient, a great listener, considerate, and will help you with whatever you’re having trouble with weather that’s finding holes in your game or performing a move. Great coach and great person overall.

A local mom and pop classic. Classes are of high intensity, and its clear this gyms intention is to create skilled and high level fighters. I come here when i need to get whipped into shape. I came when i was in highschool and again 4 years later and it got me into the best shape ive ever been in my life both times. Very happy with the fast results. My intention was just to move my body and get in shape, and in 6 months i saw my level of stamina and energy increase. my mental health improved with every class i took. my body looks great, and i feel HEALTHY! Thanks bernard for my new abs and toned shoulders lol. if you are a female my only warning is do NOT spar with these men. they WILL hit you in the face even when u ask them not to.
