“I have moved from bank to bank due to poor service unitil I came to OHCU some years ago. This has been the spot where I can honestly say they have the small town feel with excellent customer service and everyone always smiles no matter what. I test them all the time with all my accounts and crazy transactions. I can call from anywhere in the world and get anything done is if I was at the window, which is a big plus for me. It not be fair to not mention everyone in the branch by name becasue they all are great, but Cyndi has been my goto and I could not be more pleased with every single time I am at the bank so I have to call that out. This branch has it figured out and it is a homerun. Great job Greenbrier team!”

I was at another chase location the same day requesting the same service but the gentleman at that location did not know what to do and gave the false excuse that only the manager, who was not present, could help me. “The staff of this branch is quite helpful. Likely because no one except your grandmother uses bank branches anymore, so they have lots of time on their hands. They even gave my two year old a piggy bank. This branch is pretty typical, with teller windows and staff to assist with more complex transactions and loan applications. Be sure to visit one of these American institutions before they go the way of the dodo!”

Long story short, I plan on cancelling the account. I think regions the company is fine, and this fine print policy stuff would happen anywhere. The problem I have is the banker who opened the account assured me that she would make sure I get the $400 as long as I completed the steps, but when I reach out to follow up she says it's nothing she can do.”
