Had a Dr's appointment there, 1st time visit. Ample parking & very busy valet service. Plenty seating in lobby if needed. Well lit & clean atmosphere.

Falsified patient chart; bureaucratic mess; outstanding nursesDuring my first 24 hours on the floor for observation, no physician saw me BUT my "attending" (Dr. Uzoma) placed a FALSE note stating I was seen and examined. I was NOT.No updates were provided. No attempt was made to secure a physician to cover for the assigned physician who failed to attend me. Nurses had no pathway to resolutions, repeatedly sending notes to Dr. Uzoma (my assigned hospitalist). Patient advocacy is available only on week days, so my evening call was fielded by a floor supervisor who offered no solution aside from "I will elevate this as a concern to administration". All the while, a question lingered concerning medication. The next morning, the physician entered my room, claiming he saw me the day prior:Dr: "You don't remember me? I saw you yesterday morning."Me: "No, you didn't. My companion was with me all day. You were never here."Dr.: "Well, I came to see you and they said you were taken for (test)."Me: "That test eas completed bedside. I was here the entire day. I am not comfortable being alone with you. I'm getting a nurse."Having called for a nurse, two staff members arrived. I explained the degree of gaslighting and audacity on display in the moment was wildly unacceptable. The physician listened to my heart and exited the room.In my release note, the physician again falsifies records stating he performed a thorough exam and reviewed test results. If you love yourself or your family member, you need to know you are not safe in this hospital. The nurses do all they can, but the administration has failed to develop protocols insuring the most basic level of patient care.

Having been informed of Skyline Hospital's recurring reputation as the least favorable medical facility in the region over several years, I found myself compelled to seek treatment there following a traumatic accident due to its proximity to the incident site. Regrettably, during my stay, I encountered substandard conditions, notably the inadequate functioning of the air conditioning system in my room, leading to discomfort during both daytime and nighttime periods. Furthermore, concerning the provision of medical care, I experienced a significant deviation from standard practice, as the medical staff abruptly discontinued my medication regimen, which resulted in considerable distress and pain.Upon expressing my concerns and seeking a transfer to a more reputable institution, I encountered dismissive behavior from the medical team, who, regrettably, admitted to lacking sufficient expertise in addressing my condition. In light of these experiences, I must caution individuals against seeking medical care at Skyline Hospital, as my encounter only exacerbated the already challenging circumstances surrounding my health at a rough time.

My mom was taken here after a fall. The care we received was the worst care I have ever experienced. The 7th floor was terrible. No one checked on my mom for hours. She was left in a wet bed and even her socks were soaked. I feel terrible for patients that have no family to check on them. Nursing staff was young and very rude. You could tell none of them had much experience. They are more worried about their phones than patients. I have never seen such worse nursing care in my life. I will tell all my patients to avoid this hospital and I will never bring a loved one here again.

Came into the ER around 1am a few weeks ago and was taken care of very well. The PA talked me through everything that he felt needed to be done and since I had to get stitches near my eye, he talked to me and distracted me while he worked around that area. Very well done and the staff was very friendly! When I went back about a week later to get the stitches removed I was in and out in about an hour and the nurses and PAs that were there did a great job talking with me and getting me in and our efficiently.

I was very hesitant to go here with all the negative reviews. But let me tell you from the minute I walked thru the front door. They were very professional and friendly. All the nurses were awesome. I had kidney stone surgery. With Dr. Ramirez. He is the best.

The subway located on the 1st floor does not have any advertising displayed. The hospital has failed in providing any signs to let patients and their family know this location exists. I have come to this hospital many times and never knew there was a healthy eating option available on the premises. That is shameful. The manager and worker have excellent customer service. Not only is it always clean the workers are patient with all customers.Highly recommend eating here.

14 hours and a dr still hasn't seen me. I got into my room at around 7pm Mar 27 and it's now 9 am and I have NOT seen a DR. 1 time. I was told I needed to be brought here for an urgent procedure and yet I still havnt even seen a Dr. Worst possible hospital I have ever visited. Logan Memorial in little old Logan County ky gets to their patients in a more timely manor. I will never visit another Tristar medical facility. If you need attention to your issues this is not the place.

Came into the E.D. on Thursday, 3/14/24 with possible Atrial Fibrillation and was immediately taken took the back. I then had an I.V. placed along with leads to heart monitor, and seen by Dr. Barnett, who diagnosed it as A Fib. Was well taken care of by Ben and then Matthew in the E.D. and was taken to the NICU at 1a.m.From there, I had the pleasure of being taken care of by Ada on night shift and Kailyn on day shift. Both nurses were knowledgeable, professional and caring. Couldn't have asked for better nurses. I'd also like to say thank you to: nurse practitioners, Japeth Durham and Joey Williams, Dr. Connolly, Dr. Botnik, and all others who played a role on my care that 24 hours. A special thanks to Ada and Kailyn for taking such good care of me.
