Rooms were clean and well appointed. No windows in the two rooms we stayed in, so zero natural light. The rooms didn't feel excessively dark though due to the paint and decent lighting. Location is perfect for those wanting to explore Broadway, a 5 minute walk.

If you want to hear your neighbors blasting a TV late into the night, not having any windows, stomping on the ceiling, this place is for you. It's a nicely appointed roach motel, walking distance to the party of Nashville. I've stayed in nicer Days Inn. Luxury this is not.
Rooms: Like some one did a cheap flip and called it a hotel. The vent that runs through the whole floor let's you hear everyone's conversations, and blaring TV.
Nearby activities: All the bars are right downstairs.
Walkability: Easy walk to all the nightlife.

A fabulous spot to stay, walking distance to The Ryman and downtown Nashville. Staff is super friendly and accommodating. Don’t miss the rooftop view!

This was the BEST hotel I have stayed while in downtown Nashville. The staff and service went above and beyond for my mother and I. We live here in the area, but wanted to have a "staycation" and get out of the house for the night. The location is perfect for all of the amazing restaurants/bars. The hotel and rooms are super clean. There is a lot of construction on 2nd Ave., however, it did not affect my stay. I will be staying here again in the future when I want to have another night out.

We stayed here for 4 days. The location is excellent. Just a 2 minute walk to Broadway and live music. It’s an old building well renovated. The room was spacious and modern. They charge $75 per hour for late checkout!!! The WiFi never worked properly and the TV dropped in and out all the time. The shower was too strong like a water blaster. The glass and frame on the balcony blocked the view and should be removed. Staff were excellent. Would definitely stay again.

Best sleep ever!
Rooms: Most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in at a hotel by far!!! I didn’t interact with any of the staff in person but they were a tremendous help when I talked to them on the phone.

I cannot say enough about this awesome hotel and its staff!! The location is perfect, literally steps from all the downtown action on Broadway and 2nd/3rd ave. The hotel is super cute and unique, the exposed brick was beautiful and the modern design was immaculate! Our room was spacious and squeaky clean. The beds were heaven! Water pressure was great! What really made the experience though was the incredible staff. They responded immediately to all my questions (via text/chat feature) and went over and above to help us. We came from a condo that had a full kitchen so we had just a ton of extra bags on top of our luggage with food and things. They met us across the street with the luggage cart and helped us carry all our belongings up to our rooms! I was just blown away by the service it was so lovely!!! I would absolutely stay here again!! 10,000 stars!!!

We are visiting from England, and made a great choice with this hotel. Easy to find, even though there was major roadworks, reception staff were helpful with parking guidance. Also very helpful in our arrival with sorting out pass keys on our phones. The room was stunning, We opted for a 2 x double bed apartment, facilities were excellent even after hours, use of washing machine, ice machines, Starbucks coffee 24hrs.
Hotel was a short walk from the main street where all the main music venues and restaurants.
Hotel made our stay very east and convenient for our needs.
Totally recommend.

The rooms are okay, but there is a lot in them that you don't need. The location of the hotel is very good. What was extremely annoying was the lack of any service and the nonsense with the room key was unbearable. You have to install an app and the whole process is extremely clumsy and makes you very inflexible

Absolutely a hidden gem. You wouldn’t know it is there. Loved our room. The rooftop is amazing. The stuff super helpful! The mobile check in is super convenient for late arrivals. Love the coffee station

Stayed here for a friends birthday & WOW. Everything was phenomenal. Parking was close and convenient. The rooms and bathrooms were impeccable. Starbucks coffee right outside our door was a real game changer. View from the room was fabulous however, the rooftop bar was the cherry on top.
Picture this- it’s Saturday night downtown Nashville, after you freshen up in your luxury room, you walk up to the rooftop, overlooking the river, grab a cocktail & relax while hearing Kenny Chester playing at Nissan Stadium.
10/10
Rooms: Our apartment had 2 bedrooms upstairs. The decoration was sleek & modern and the beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were amazing with the lighted mirrors were a major win for all the girls.
Nearby activities: PBR & Coyote Ugly are less than a minute walk away.

Great location. Parking garage right across the street. Room was very spacious and modern. We were on the 3rd floor. Very quiet. Bed was extremely comfortable. We only stayed 1 night but will definitely be back. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star is we had a hard time with the mobile check in.
