I have enjoyed my stay here thus far, it’s a quiet, peaceful and friendly neighborhood. Ronnie, in the office is always very friendly, helpful and welcoming. He seems to always be the only person in the office when I go. lol Ronnie is very personable and polite. He’s great!

Highly recommended! I have lived here 2.5 years and am very happy. The complex is in a predominantly wooded area off the main highway adjacent to the Stones River Greenway. I walk a lot so that is a huge plus. haven't lived in an apartment since 1976 and this has been a very pleasant transition out of home ownership. Thank you to Colleen , Lisa , Ronnie and all the other staff for your friendship and responsiveness.

Great location!, clean, quiet and friendly neighbors. The staff reliable . I must say Ronnie is my person he’s AWESOME!!!. He’s very prompt with my emails. This has been my home for almost 2 years. I’m loving it. I enjoy driving home after a long day at work. I just love the tranquility of this place.

I have lived here for 9 years, and I love it here. The person to go to with any questions or concerns is always Ronnie Bates. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and handles everything in a timely manner. He is a great guy and very friendly.

I love living here. The grounds and landscaping are gorgeous - I feel like I am coming home to a resort with waterfalls and ponds. My leasing agent, Colleen Anderson, was wonderful in helping me select the right unit. Guy Wheeler, our Maintenance Supervisor, is one of the hardest working men I've ever met and his whole crew have always been very good to me.

I am so impressed with everything about this community, most importantly the management ( Colleen Anderson ) and staff. They are kind, responsive, knowledgeable, helpful, hardworking, and committed to highest quality standards. The grounds are impeccably maintained and the buildings are well maintained. My spouse and I have lived here for ~4 years and it is excellent. Specifically, one of the staff members Ronnie Bates is always quick to reply to our needs and fields any questions we have within the hour. The grounds are always well maintained and kept clean and the community is very quiet and content.

Lisa Kingston at Stewart’s Ferry is the best. She has been there for many years and truly is a people (and dog!) person! She is extremely professional and hard working. She treats everyone with care and kindness and loves pets as if they were her own! She is truly dedicated to her job!

I love living in these apartments! My family loves to play basketball and feed the ducks. Colleen in the office is always so friendly and helpful when I need it! Top notch staff and extras for my family needs!

Living at Stewart’s Ferry Apartments was a very good experience for me. Maintenance, was always good, little slow at times. Ronnie in the front office was aways nice and professional and was always concerned if I had a problem.

Karam is one of the maintenance men that works for Stewart’s Ferry and he is such a kind man. Whenever you’re having any issue with your unit he stays in contact about the situation and does his best to get it fixed quickly. Thank you so much, Karam!

I gave this place a 2 star due to location. I have been here for 2.5 years. 1st year was really good. Second year was okay just alot of construction and damage due to face lift on outside. The picture attach is from today inside my apartment. I have had a request to fix the ugly mold in my bathroom and a wall which had water damage for well over a month. I will rather drive a little further for things rather than live in something like this. And look at the cute little bug in corner as well. I have other pics also, but I will just post this one. If you choose to move here, please look at apartment very closely. They are mold and bug infested.

This place is great..... on the outside. The lovely landscapes and newly painted grey exteriors are lovely. However, the interiors are extremely outdated, moldy, etc. I've lived here for years and STILL have maintenance issues that have yet to be repaired. I've had a ceiling/roof leak for years now with several bandaid attempts to fix it but it only getting worse each time it rains. On top of that, the sliding doors are awful and ALL need to be replaced but they never plan to. Not only that, but I am 100% convinced these units are all infested with mold. My allergies have never been worse and before living here I never experienced any kind of breathing issues or constant headaches. I asked for a test and maintenance IMMEDIATELY denied and talked around it. Very alarming! On top of it all, it is IMPOSSIBLE to get in contact with anyone in the office... let alone maintenance.These apartments are SO OLD and it shows. Rent keeps going up yet no real repairs to the units themselves. The only thing keeping me here is the location and wildlife.

This review is strictly for Karam Khalil. I've lived at SF for over a decade and rarely had any issues. Starting in May, I began having multiple issues with my A/C not working. I submitted work tickets, the Fire Dept. even had to come out once, and the office kept telling me it was fixed, even though it would stop functioning again the same day it was "repaired" and was leaking water. Thank God for Karam!! He took ownership of fixing my A/C. He even noticed I needed a new air filter and replaced it too. He asked to use my restroom and noticed an issue with the water pressure and fixed the toilet. For the first time in 2 months, I feel safe being in my apartment again. Thanks, Karam!
