I have been dealing with Ms Stevenson for some 15 plus years. She goes the extra mile and is very professional. She treats everyone like family. If all you know is HR Block I would advise you to try Stevenson Tax Service. She is well educated and knowledgeable when it comes to tax services. Thanks for providing a 5 star service.

Awful. The person that normally does my taxes moved so everything had to go through Mrs. Stevenson. I recommended 3 people and received no incentive. With one of the people she forgot to send off his paperwork. He called a couple of times to check the status on his refund and to make sure she had everything and that's when he found out she never sent it off, so they had to waive the fee. She had my banking information and forgot to enter it so I had to wait on a paper check. To top it all off she charged me a little over $300 that I did not agree to. She tired to tell me that's what she always charges but I assured her I paid half of that the year prior. She has it in her records. I don't know anyone that would be ok with a surprise charge that high. I'm done and will never go there again.

My experience at Stevenson's Tax Service was a pleasant experience. The staff was polite, professional and friendly. The atmosphere was like being at home around family. There wasn't a long wait. I highly recommend this agency.
