They know nothing at all. I got cold sandwiches always and grande tee with only one bag. Customer service is terrible. I think the cashier is racist because He got my orders wrong for 4 times. It is impossible to be a coincidence.

Shoutout to Staff for always making sure I leave happier than anytime I walk into this Starbucks, and the crew this Saturday morning for handling the immense traffic so quickly and efficiently. super impressed with this Starbucks compared to the other millions I've been to in the city.

Probably one of the slowest Starbucks I've ever been to employees sit and talk when the lines out the door they don't know how to make the drinks properly and they're always running out of something.

I can't believe that Starbucks could be that bad . The coffe they gave me was cold . Employees are chatting and talking over the phone while there are a lot of people waiting in th line. I thought they are out of service for a while because nobody was taking the orders . Trash was full and nobody cares . That's the worst Starbucks ever .

The store is in the food court of Tennessee State University. I ordered a grande cold brew and paid with my starbucks app. For the next 10 minutes, they passed around the cup between employees and kept sitting it back on the counter. After 10 minutes, they said they didn't know how to make my order and asked if I wanted a caramel macchiato. After declining, they said that's all they knew how to make. When I attempted to explain the process, they offered to put some ice in the hot coffee. They said it would probably just melt, but that's all they could do if I didn't want the macchiato. Another 10 minutes went by and I ended up walking away with a luke warm black coffee in a tall cup (paid for a grande). I lost 20 minutes of my life waiting for them to complete the order and still didn't getting anything close to what I ordered.
