Store uses facial recognition software. I was sent an email for a survey based on my visit, yet I was shopping for a handicapped friend waiting in the car. I used payment from the friend, did not enter my phone number, or identify myself in any way.

Enrolled in TSA precheck at this location David was very helpful, friendly, and efficient. He took the time to answer some quick questions I had about passports too. The rest of the staff here is always friendly all around when it comes to making purchases, copies, and shipping.

I went there to find an office chair for my Mom to use in the kitchen because she is now weak in her knees, back and shoulders that she cannot stand long enough to prepare a meal. And she can't get out of a regular chair because they are too low.
We found a perfectly comfortable chair that is the right width, height. It rolls and it is easy to get in and out of. The staff was very helpful and they told us about the warranty we could purchase (and we did) for cleaning or replacing the chair if something happens to it within the next few years. Thank goodness for Staples!

Every time I come into this location to print something at your print section, the younger kid working during the day always has a rude and arrogant attitude with me. And also, how do yall not notice he is always wearing his AirPods? I’ve been in 5 times recently and it sticks out like a sore thumb. If you allow that for your workers, that’s fine. But just know he looks super unprofessional. And it’s very off putting to me, the customer.

Customer service is alive & well at this store! Not sure what/who has turned this store around but the customer service is top notch. The manager greets with a smile and inquiry into what the costumer needs, and the shipping lady I had today was truly joyful. The employees make it a very pleasant place to do business. Good job, everyone! Please keep up the good work! It is noticed & it is appreciated.

Friendly staff & pretty solid stock on everything. Definitely can be on the slower side during busy times, so plan a little extra or hit it off schedule

Shout out to JT in the Print Center as JT's customer service was exceptional today and I am most grateful. JT is a stellar team member.
