Clearly says it’s open until 6PM on Sunday but when I arrived at 5:07PM there was a sign on the door that they are closing at 5PM. Update your hours of operation!

Stood in line for 20 minutes trying to do an Amazon return while Clint tried to help a woman sort through her personal mail… no one else came over to support. Not Clint’s fault team was not paying attention. Was late for an event as a result

Dropped off an Amazon return and the girl opened my return and tossed each individual curtain panel in a big box with a bunch of other returns. I asked how they'll know the 4 panels were my return and she said they'll know. Well, they didn't because I got recharged for 3 of the 4 panels. Will never return from this location again.

This locations is never staffed properly. I have an Ipostal mailbox. I always have to wait a long time just to pick up a package or a piece of mail.

Very bad customer service
Walked up to print pickup to witness a staff member being very rude to the woman in front of me about an order she was having an issue with. Then to have another staff member bark at me to move down to the end of the counter for an Amazon return. Then she spoke so quietly when asking for my QR code and when I asked her to repeat what she said she laughed at me. Very bad experience will go to literally ANY other office supply store if I ever need to go to one.
