These guys are amazing. I went in on the referral of another company and thought they would try to get over on me. They saved me thousands of dollars and headache and I returned the vehicle to seller. Looking for an honest and old school feel with caring mechanics. This is your place. 10/10 would most definitely recommend.

AMAZING! I commute everyday from oak grove Kentucky to Goodletsville TN for work. My car started acting up one day so I searched for close by shops. I BARELY made it to the shop before my car fully stopped working. Mike and joe worked tirelessly on my vehicle. Several issues came up and one only Honda could fix. Upon the first half of repairs I tried to drive it to Honda and it broke down. Mike told me about the warranty that offered a tow service up to a certain price. I was freaking out and worried and mike made sure I was ok and found a ride home all the way to Clarksville. He also spoke to Honda for me and made sure I understood what was wrong or going on. Honda finished their portion and still my car was acting up. I took it back to Mike and joe and they didn't hesitate to look at it to find what's wrong. The part they fixed was defective and eventually replaced with a good part. This was a span of about 5-6 days and they never got sick of me. I refused to believe it was the shop because they had such amazing reviews!!! Turns out I was right it was not the shop it was the part. I could go on and on but their reviews and customer service speaks volumes. Thank you so much mike and joe! You are amazing and I will always bring my cars to you even though I live in Oak Grove.

I am in from out of town and found myself in need of a quick but necessary repair several hours from home. Arrived at 9a on a Saturday and was out by 9:30, fixed and no charge. Truly SO grateful.

Mike and the whole team were friendly and helpful. They did some exhaust work for me on my 2003 Porsche 911 and I'm extremely satisfied so far. I was expecting to pay far more than I did for the work that was done. They were very transparent and updated me throughout the process. Affordable and great customer service. I will be checking in with them again before I go anywhere else to maintenance my cars. Thanks Rivergate Muffler!!

As usual these guys pull through! My 17yr daughter car was taken in for oil change and brake review, Mike called me with concern about how bad they actually were and her safety. They got it all fixed up in a few hours! This is the team you want working on your car they ALWAYS put your safety and family safety first!! Thank you so much!

These guys really are the best. I own a high mileage passenger van that I rent to bands on the road so I'm always looking for the best value for maintenance and repair. I found RMAR through word of mouth and was not disappointed. Not only are these guys fair priced, but they take the time to explain in detail what they are doing to your vehicle and why. Paul & Mike(and crew) truly are diamonds in the rough. Highly Recommend.

They offer customer service I've rarely ever seen. Thorough, honest and such kind people. A good trustworthy mechanic is a hard thing to find, but after getting my car serviced by them 3 times now, I didn't get overcharged, didn't get more work done than I should and I was ALWAYS consulted before anything had been done. Mike, Paul and the Rivergate Auto crew are the best!

Awesome people , Very accommodating . They immediately were able to get our truck in for break pads , rotors , and caliper . We needed our truck for a planned outing to the lake and they saved the weekend by fast , friendly service . Paul and Mike were very friendly and honest . Would recommend them and will be doing more business with them in the future .
