I went to this T-Mobile location to switch my phone service to T-Mobile. The CSR at this location signed me up for two lines without telling me. Nothing was ever mentioned about 2 lines. I only found out later after talking to T-Mobile phone customer service that this girl had signed me up for 2 lines. I was charged an extra $49 for the first month for that second line. I had them to change it to one line, but they won't refund the $49 back for my first month, on a second line that I never used. I didn't even know what the second phone number was. I didn't get any paperwork at this place either and eventually had to get my information through T-Mobile customer service over the phone. I'm out $49 for not reading my contract and trusting these people to do the right thing. And, for not getting a copy of my contract.

I visited the t-mobile store on Tuesday to up grade my phone. I have had my old iPhone 8 for 6 years and it was beginning to slow way down and not open certain apps. My wife and I both got new iPhone 15s and what a difference!!! Jim and Phil at the store were great! While there I decided to give the home 5G internet a go. I have had Verizon home 5G for over a year and it really did a good job. I was paying 70 dollars a month. When Jim told me at the store that T-Mobile was having a Black Friday sale and I could get the home 5G for 30 dollars a month , I signed up and am now using it at home!!! The download speeds and upload speeds are considerably faster. Of course it all depends on where you live. If your interested in T-Mobile home 5G, I would visit Phil and Jim on Old Hickory before the black Friday deals end??

Walked in expecting the usual sales first experience, but was pleasantly blown away by Phillip Corum! He was willing and able to walk us through the many options and offerings, and helped us create a plan that was the best financially for us. He put customer service first and meeting OUR needs before those of the company (how business should be done!).We ended up walking out of the store with two brand new iPhones and Home Internet that cost us less than a dollar on the day, and actually decrease our monthly bill by ~$30 / month.T-Mobile, you need to recognize Phillip Corum for his world-class service.

Awful service and customer service. They charge us after we switched to another carrier while they had told us there is no more bills for you to pay. It was ongoing charge from my account and after we went back a few times although we proved their mistake they did not pay us back. It’s a hassle to reach customer service it took at least 2 hours of our time each time. ????

Jim and team are great. They stuck around helping me solve a weird billing question even though they were supposed to be closing the doors. It was a real unique situation that the main sprint customer service line wasn’t willing to help me with.Thank you Jim!

They cannot do the most basic functions, such as activating a phone. They say they can, and you end up wasting hours of your life. Go to the Cool Springs store, they actually know what they are doing.

Went here to try to settle and issue with my mother-in-law's phone. We needed someone to call their customer service for us since we were unable to use a PIN that we had set that same day. Walked in, no customers in the store, 4 workers sitting around aimlessly. The associate I had the unfortunate luck to approach was less than helpful stating that they could not call anyone to assist in our efforts even though I explained our issue. None of the other 3 associates sitting around even budged or offered to help in any way. This location was definitely lacking in the customer service skills.

My parents bought an iphone 12 and when they got home they noticed that the charger block and headphones where not in the package. They went back the next day and the employees said that the items were there. My dad went back 2 days later and they still didn't want to do anything about it. Later we found out that the iPhone 12 doesn't come with a charger block or headphone. My parents went up there twice and they didn't inform them. I wish the employers could be more educated on their items.This could of been avoided if they just said that it doesn't come with those two items anymore.
