I’m not sure why all the bad reviews because my experience was excellent after my terrible experience at T-Mobile on Mt. View Rd in Antioch next to Once Upon A Child. My dad was looking to upgrade his phone and we were greeted as soon as we stepped in by two women sitting down at the table close to the front and also by Henry who approached us and was very excellent in attitude and had great customer service. He was attentive and spent the time to help us with our needs because my dad didn’t know whether to proceed with the 14 Pro max or 15 Pro Max. Let’s just say my dad decided to upgrade to the iPhone 15 Pro Max and we were very happy with the service that we were provided. I would recommend this location based on our experience.

Service was bad. I kept on asking for help and every time I asked a question about anything during the process of paying off a device or asking about information, he acted annoyed and wanted to rush me. I don’t recommend t-mobile to anyone anymore

I got a call from here 3 days ago, I used my bank card to pay the tax, the employee who took care of me asked me to pay the money in cash because I did not have a card and I paid in cash, but now when I look at my bank account, the money was withdrawn from the bank and cash was taken from me, so I am complaining about this to the business.

I went to this store earlier today and the experience was bad. There were two tmobile employees there. The employee that was female was so rude and said she couldn't help us with what we needed because they weren't customer service that they only sold phones and we kept explaining that we had called tmobile and they told us to go to the store that they should help us with what we needed but she continued to roll her eyes and tell us is a rude tone that they won't help us because they're not customer service. I won't be getting service with tmobile anytime soon if all they're personnel is rude like her. Sadly I didn't get a name to report her but she works the morning shift. If you need anything don't go to this store they're so rude.

I highly recommend this T-Mobile location.Extremely very helpful when I needed assistance trying to get my phone unlocked. I now know to never ever do that again lol.Employees and the manager were amazingly awesome.I am very thankful to have my phone back.Thank you so much! ??

I don’t think the staff in the store knows what he is doing, a guy called Henry was being very rude. First I was at my 9 month pregnant and he was sitting on his chair and ask me to hand him the ID while I was sitting 10 ft away on the bench, secondly when I described what I need, when he realized he did not make any commission on the service what I need, he lied to me the system has been broken since this rooming. At the other side, my husband is getting the same service at the different store. As a business owner, I would not hire a staff with such attitude and little knowledge on what he should know and not trying to help the customer. Suggest manager store investigate this case and train staff well to improve customer service and store revenue!

Shockingly bad customer service. I came in for a screen protector replacement, dude said they were out, he didn’t know when they would be getting more and said he was unable to find out if any other stores had them. He said the only option was for me to call the other stores or buy a different one. Very unpleasant.

The only reason I’m going two stars is because I came one evening during the week and I was assisted cordially.However, today, Saturday it was a different story. The day people have off to do errands, there are only 2 attendants. Both are busy when I come in. One, with a lady who doesn’t even know what she wants. And the other, with a family group. I waited a good 45 minutes and during that time another couple left. And 3-4 more people were waiting for assistance. Neither attendant looked like they were even close to finishing, so I left.I just wanted to add an inactive phone to a line I already was paying for. And ask a why I had no service today, when I paid my bill earlier that week. Neither employee was kind enough to ask what I needed or to even give a time frame of how long they would take.I usually do everything over the phone or online. But I found out I didn’t have service while I was on the road and the store was nearby. So I stopped. Almost an hour of my day, waiting. Apart from the drive time to the store and then back home where I had Wi-Fi service to actually make a phone call to Tmobile and see what was happening.Tmobile needs to add more employees on the weekends for real. As well as train the people they DO have. People only have one, one and a half days Max, to run errands.

Great service and the staff certainly show appreciation towards veterans! My dad was with me (the veteran) and they gave a rather large discount for his service!(that's awesome) plus getting Netflix along with our plan really topped off our visit! Thank you T-Mobile for the service that day and the service you provide us everyday

Employees in here are rude and insensitive. They also portray themselves to be non-inclusive toward the LGBTQIA community. Went in with my husband and we felt like we were not taken care of like anyone else. The employee we spoke with suggested finding a new phone online from a third party instead of actually helping with my husband's issue. We won't be going back.
