We had no service today and went into this branch. Aya was able to figure out the issue behind all our service being shut down, turns out when we had called into cancel some of our lines 2 weeks ago, customer care cancelled the whole account. Aya was very friendly and helpful - went above and beyond to connect us through her identification instead of having us call into customer care ourselves. We were able to reactivate the account through her prioritized support and even got an upgraded plan, all within 20 minutes! Will be returning later today to discuss phone upgrade options. Thanks Aya :)

The new manager, Aya, is fantastic! I went in to create a new plan, she was so helpful, very knowledgable and make the entire process so easy. All while being attentive towards all customers in the store needs so she could support her team through any obstacles they faced.

DO NOT do business with these people. They couldn’t care less about helping, didn’t greet me when I walked in, Paris the manager was a total j**** Her response to me was “you don’t have to stay with us if you don’t want to”. Super professional.

Went in to buy a new phone. They were very helpful in setting me up and I am very pleased with the additional products that they recommend. There seemed to be a malfunction with the security system alarms on the merchandise, hopefully it gets fixed.

I had one of the best experiences at the T-Mobile store with Paris and her coworker today. My friend and I decided to go in and inquire about an upgrade on vacation. Paris was attentive, informative and customer centered. I left with a brand new phone, a good deal and my friend got hers ordered to be delivered. Both of us had terrible experiences at 4 other stores but not here. Highly recommend this location and their staff.

Wow! If I would give this store more stars I would! Sometimes you can have a rare retail experience that not only makes your day but makes your whole week and leaves you smiling and happy. Marcelius and Kaia at T-Mobile on Gallatin were the best: warm, courteous, professional, knowledgable, and hugely helpful when I went in to purchase and set up my first-ever smart phone. This is the kind of customer service that is so hard to find. What a gem. I am so grateful I discovered this store!

Went in to this location to complain about bill however the Manager Marcelius went over bill explained everything to me and how I could upgrade my device and get a new IPhone which I had been wanting and even advised I could get a 3 line on my account for my business for free. Kaia then took over and made sure all my information was transferred from my old device so if you need anything T-Mobile this is the location to attend and tell them Michael sent you in Would recommend to store to all family and friends.
