We recently took our dog to Spot's Pet Supply for a DIY bath. When we arrived, Jerri greeted us and we informed her that we had just adopted our furry friend and were new to the whole dog-bathing process. She was very friendly and gave us step-by-step instructions on how to use the water and shampoo hose, as well as where to find all the necessary supplies in the DIY Wash area, including aprons, dog shampoo, nail clippers, ear wipes, towels, and a leash for the bath bin. The DIY wash cost $17.99 before tax, which we found to be quite reasonable. In addition to washing our dog, we also purchased a snack for our pup and a dental bone. Overall, we highly recommend Spot's for washing your dog, especially if you want a clean pup but don't want to deal with cleaning up fur in your bathtub.

I shop at all Dog Spot locations in Nashville. I bath my Golden Stewart at the East side location. We love the selection of healthy treats and friendly service.

Groomers injured my dog. Avoid this place at all costs. On top of that the groomer was rude when she handed our dog back. Crappy people and even worse owners

Customer service is really nice. I love the automatic self dog wash and the staff is always very helpful. Will always go here to groom my dog myself.

After a really horrible experience with a new groomer (who was fired due to the haircut my dog received), I was offered a free cut with their lead groomer, Alexis. Let me just say.. she is THE best. She listens to what you want, she cares about your pup and I am so glad I didn't leave after one bad experience. Thank you Alexis for taking pride in your work!

This is the best place to take your dog for a little spa! The dog washing station is amazing and so easy to use. Our dog, Kane loves to get a bath and then a toy after. The people that work there are so kind and helpful. Cannot recommend enough!

Alexis does a great job on George Lopez, (my long haired Chihuahua). I've had several other groomers just shave him and ruin his look. She takes the time to get him just the way he likes to look. He is very picky. Also, he gets lots of cuddles. I would recommend any of the groomers at this location.
