I came in last Sunday in a rush because i was running late for some plans. Talina gave me one of the best haircuts ive had in a while in like 20 minutes. Very kind and personable. This location is out of my way but im thinking of coming back just because of her.

Checked in online at 6:15pm, arrived at 6:44pm. Salon does not close until 7:00pm. Upon arrival I was greeted by Kayra from a distance who shouted, “Hi homey we are closed! Sorry” and went back to her task ignoring me.
I asked if I could speak to her. She stopped cutting someone’s hair and said she needed to get get back but had just a second. For 9 minutes she argued with me that the computer didn’t show I had a reservation. I showed her my phone proving I did but she refuses to acknowledge. I told her I was a good customer and would tío her very well as I always do. Once she began to raise her voice it fit a little uncomfortable so I removed myself from the situation and left. I will not be back to this location or any other Sports Clips. I think Kayra was trying to be nice but she just lost all customer service skills and I appeared as if she did it want to be there.
I’m handicapped and it’s very unfortunate that I had to pay $30 to Uber to and from Sports Clips for no reason. No service. No appology. It was just sad. When other staff are working there it’s amazing. But because of Kayra I will not be back.

Horrible, checking system, I tried to check in online when I list. I signed in manually and my name got dropped after waiting there for 30 minutes. Never going back. Don’t waste your time. Store is run by idiots.

Great hair cut, but $25 for basic hair cut, no shampoo, then the register asks you for a tip? Seems a bit much. I feel like you’re already being over charged $5 before the tip. Don’t know if I’ll be going back.

Tried to do the survey on the receipt but it said the website couldn't be reached. Decided to post a review here instead. I've been coming here every 2 to 3 weeks for a few months now and request Talina each time. She is fantastic! She takes great care of me and is just such a sweet person. My hair looks great every time! The staff are all so friendly and the online check-in makes the experience super easy. Highly recommend!

My husband and I walked into here, along with another gentleman who was clearly having a tough time. While we were waiting we could hear all of the ladies clearly talking incredibly bad about this man and how he smelled and even took him off of the waiting list when he walked outside to eat something. This man WAS PAYING for a haircut. On top of this the lady giving my husband a haircut was insulting both me and my husband because we asked for a medium fade and making PERSONAL OFFENSIVE REMARKS about my black husband. Go to the great clips across the street if you want to be respected.

I recently had a haircut with Talina at the Sports Clips of Nashville at the Belle Meade Center. She was delightful, engaging and gave me a really good haircut...albeit I’m half bald, but Talina made me feel as if I still had a good head of hair. She’s a keeper!!

I sat in the waiting room for 40 minutes , no one greeted me . Looked up at the screen and they said it’s an hour and 30 minute wait but we close at 6 so that’s if we can even get to it. Like what. So unprofessional. The 2 woman were taking to each other the whole time instead of cutting their clients hair . Do not recommend going to Sports Clip on Whites bridge.

I have been going to sport clips since I was a kid. Today, I got a cut at this location by Lisa. My receipt print out had the usual information of 2 (for trimmers) be used for my cut. After cutting the sides and back, Lisa asked if I would like to keep my length on the top. I said to shave it (meaning to blend with the “2” that had already been trimmed)….Lisa proceeded to shave the top of my head….BALD. At this point it was too late and I had to make the decision to shave it bald all over. I don’t know what person, let alone stylist, would assume someone would want a bald top head, with hair everywhere else- but yeah that’s where I’m at now. Devastated. Not once did I state I wanted to be BALD. This experience has been the worst haircut I’ve ever had and despite me being a loyal customer my entire life, I highly doubt I will be back.
