I want to file a complaint about two employees at the Speedway located at 4343 Old Hickory Blvd, Hermitage, TN 37076. I attempted to use my reward points for gas, but neither employee knew how to process the transaction. Additionally, the app has been prompting me to get a gas gift card to reload my points, which took me a year to obtain. I had to visit a different location to get the card and then bring it back to this location for them to refill it. Moreover, the credit card readers outside all the stations have not worked for almost five years. Despite complaining to the manager and employees, none of them have taken steps to fix this issue. They mentioned that the company is aware of the problem, forcing me to go inside every time. As a result, I will no longer shop at Speedway.!!!!

The lady who I had no idea was named "queen" is named Queen and acts like an entitled POS. Im sure everyone else that works here hates putting up with her. Why don't you just act like a decent human being and be kind to people? Quit rolling your eyes at the customers who are everyday people stopping at a convenience store to get the items they deem they need. No one deserves to be harassed on a daily basis. So it seems this chick feels it's her job to make everyone in line feel punished and uncomfortable.

For over two years, I've encountered problems with the pumps failing to read credit cards or reward cards reliably.
