We've just switched groomers and this was our first time at SouthPaws. They did a terrific job from scheduling, to working with us to understand and get a picture of what we wanted for Jesse - not an exact Bichon cut, to timely completion of the groom, and, most importantly, grooming him exactly as we asked for. The price was reasonable and we'll be coming back!

At first I was very happy about this new experience. But then I watched the cameras and they just have all the dogs in one room, mopping the pee as the puppets go potty on the concrete floor. They refuse to let them outside when it rains (which drives me bananas because my baby won't pee INSIDE) so he held it the entire time he was at that place. The workers seem nice but truly they're just kids that don't care about the customers nor the experience provided. Just there to collect a check. I would never recommend this place nor take my baby back EVER!!

We love Southpaws. Their communication is great, I love that I can watch my pup on the video cams, and they always are so friendly. They do curb side drop off and pick up. A lot of the time it seems like they’re anticipating our arrival, and they’re ready to pick my pup up on arrival and have him out to me quick at the end of the day. We’ve been going to southpaws for more than a year now. Definitely recommend.

My 10 month old pup arrived so shaggy you could barely see her eyes and when the weather was wet it was impossible to get her cleaned up. She came out beautifully groomed. Southpaws did a great job. She will be coming here on a regular basis in the future.

We recently moved away for Nashville, and we were SO sad to leave SouthPaws. Both of our dogs got so excited when they realized were were going to SouthPaws. The first dog we sent to Southpaws was older, and they treated her with so much TLC because of her arthritis. She passed away after a less than a year of us arriving in Nashville. The staff there remembered her for years, which meant so much to us. If you want your dog to be treated like family, go to SouthPaws

Nice people and clean facility. I appreciate them having a reasonable half-day price. I was able to watch my pup play with other dogs on the web cam. It was a good alternative to having him be in the house on a rainy day.

I left my labrador for day care services here while I was in Nashville for one day. Megan and Amanda took care of my pup and he felt in good hands during drop off. I definitely recommend SouthPaws Nashville!

They did an awesome job with my dogs nail trim and bath. They were very quick and gave him a cute bandana when he was done. Would definitely recommend!

Took our pups in for their evaluation. The staff was friendly and efficient. Pups approved and stayed to enjoy daycare for the afternoon. They came home tired and happy - the best!We will be boarding them for a couple days next week. Will post our experience then.

If I could give SouthPaws 10 stars, I honestly would. I have two dogs, one that’s about 70 pounds and a mini dachshund, and they are both about 9 years old. For 4 years, we had to ask my friend to take care of our dogs because Peggy would get anxiety attacks when we dropped her off anywhere for boarding (shaking, frothing at the mouth). We started bringing them to SouthPaws when we moved to Nashville. Maybe the 2nd or 3rd time we dropped them off, Peggy was pulling at the leash in the direction of their door. I was almost in tears, I was so happy.SouthPaws regularly goes above and beyond for us when they can. In a year and a half, they have offered to let us pick up our dogs up after hours when our flight got delayed, fit our dogs in for grooming appointments with only a few days notice (because I forgot to ask), and squeezed them in for boarding for us when we have emergencies. When they had to close early due to the snow storm, they had someone answering messages on instagram almost immediately. Some of this I understand is just good business, but they hit the mark every single time. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

I used to bring my dog here a few years ago and did not have a good experience. The staff never remembered me and never seemed excited to see my dog. The grassy area outside the front door was never cleaned so my dog was constantly stepping on other dog's poop when he had to go potty. They had "nap time" everyday which I believe was supposed to only be 2 hours, where they put all the dogs behind the indoor gates to clean the floors. But when I would check the cameras, they always put the dogs in there an extra 1-2 hours, so there were 3-4 hours every day that my dog wasn't able to run around and play. The worst part is that two different times they told me that my dog ate a poop bag, like completely swallowed it. I'm not sure how they let him get ahold of the bags and have time to eat it twice. They must have had the bags laying around and also not been watching the dogs very carefully.

I was nervous to leave my Aussie shepherd behind when I went on vacation out of the country for three weeks, but the experience we had at SouthPaws Nashville was amazing! I could watch her on the cameras from a continent away and that gave me so much peace of mind. She had a fun puppy vacation and a great time socializing with the other doggies. I will always recommend SouthPaws!
