Made an appointment to see the showroom a few weeks out. Spoke to John, all was good. Then we had a serious family emergency and he was contacted the morning we were supposed to meet to reschedule. Unfortunately he never responded. That was earlier this week. I hate to speak ill of the situation but I deal with clients all of the time. Not being responsive to their needs is a no-no, they get upset. It doesn't make a hill of beans to them, but for my money, it's going to someone else. Sure this review doesn't matter, but there's my 2 cents.?Just got a laughable response from John after posting this review, same day believe it or not. It's probably posted below. Actually our appointment was not for the 24th but the 28th. And yes, I did contact him the same day. Funny thing though. He didn't have time to respond to me directly, but soon after my review I get a public response. Not good.

We own Wedge Pizza & Pub. John and his team provided our games and atm. Southern games are top notch. If you need games, atms, money changers, cards systems these guys are the folks to call. Great service, great people!

John at Southern games is a great guy. My son purchase some arcade games from Southern and their support after the sell has been great. They are just really great guys to work with

I came to the office with my 2 girls,the Manager was so nice ,he explained me about all the options that he have ,and give my daughters to play all the games before we decided to buy.Recommend to work with this company...
