Not the same place as it was when initially opened. High price goods here are not what the word salvage refers to and the stuff on hand is not anything like was once sold here and evident by the lack of customers. Very disappointing.

First time visiting and Got here on a Sunday at 940. Didn’t realize they didn’t open until 10 and the door was unlocked. I walked in, started looking around and an employee said “can I help you?” I immediately could tell by his tone I was doing something wrong. I said I was just looking around. He said “we don’t open until 10, someone should have locked the door.” Really gave me an overall bad vibe of the place as I really felt unwanted. I get it, they weren’t open yet but it could have been handled so much better, not making a customer feel unwelcome and a nuisance.

Although I have shopped here for years, I had never made a large purchase. We needed cabinets for our laundry room and were impressed with the service we received. Paul W. approached us an offered to help. He found everything we needed and when it didn't all fit in my vehicle, he explained that we could put it on will call and pick up within 10 days. When we came back a week later to pick-up, he saw us and came straight over to help again. Everyone who works there was really helpful and friendly. The prices are great but the service is unbeatable.

What a transformation! I stopped coming here last year because it was always a big mess and non of the staff were helpful. I just wanted to see if they had one thing I needed and to my surprise this place has totally transformed. New management, new staff and a completely different store layout. I’m excited to come back here in the future and encourage others to give it a second look. Great work.

Always nice especially for them to be facing a fully loaded trailer early in the morning lol. Quick to unload and they even sweep the trailer out when they are done.

The guy that works in the rug section provided the BEST customer service that I have received in a very long time. He knew exactly where the rugs I wanted were (he mentioned that he personally hung them all). He was very kind and helpful, even putting down his lunch as he was returning from a break when he noticed that I needed help.
