This was my 3rd stay. The staff is always professional and accommodating. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed.

It's 20 dollars a night for parking. Instead of just giving guest a parking pass they decided to make the ppl actually staying at the hotel pay for the parking, because of the ppl who use to just park there and go to the airport. They also charge for the internet it's included when you pay. There is only one microwave that's in Starbucks. My key card went out 3 times had to keep coming down. Pool was room awas warm at first. Then when I came down to get in the water, it was cold, and the pool was freezing. That was the main reason I booked the hotel to swim. I never got in the water but my friends kids did and they were shaking the whole time. Called front desk for tech, who never came. For this hotel to literally charge for everything the service was not great. I have stayed in cheaper hotels with less problems. I want be coming back. Also front desk kept hanging up when I was calling to get info about parking.

I was expecting more from our room. Maybe even a little more space in the room. We were on the 18th floor, and we had a concierge room. I'm not sure what exactly that means because the room looked like a standard hotel room. The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable! And the view out the window was spectacular, especially at night. The location to the airport was extremely convenient, and the shuttle service was prompt! Check-in was smooth, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Wish we had more time to take advantage of the amenities and explore the rest of the hotel. I would recommend this hotel especially because of the proximity to the airport.Rooms: Our room was standard size. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable! For a concierge room there was a refrigerator but no microwave.

Had joining rooms. Due to an previous accident didn't like the bath tub/shower combination. Could not use. Need more handicap assisability rooms that join.

Great experience. Rooms are modern, clean and comfortable. Had a quiet nice view. Staff is friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking (just scan the QR Code if you are a guest). Restaurant was pretty good for breakfast (buffet) and dinner. Starbucks on-site. Didn't use the pool as it was winter, but it looked great. Awesome if you're looking for a proper hotel close to the airport and also close enough to downtown (not walking distance but a short drive). I look forward to staying at this place again and highly recommend it to anyone coming to Nashville.

Loved the hotel hated that you have to pay for parking at the hotel after dropping hundreds to stay there. Pool was too cold to enjoy proven as no one was ever in it. No microwave anywhere in hotel. Showers are amazing. Staff super friendly and attentive. Bed was comfy. Room was perfect.Rooms: Great. Shower is lovely. Bed is comfy. Room clean and well maintained.

My favorite place to stay in Nashville close to the airport. Great rooms, service and great shuttle service. For a fee you can leave your car parked at this location while traveling and the shuttle service makes doing this very convenient.Rooms: Rooms are clean, well equipped and beds are very comfortable. Wife approved! :-)Walkability: Very easy access from ample parking space/lot.

If you are coming to swim in the indoor pool do not, DO NOT COME HERE !!!!!!got a room for a birthday to swim. Could not even get in the pool it was freezing. Its connected to the outdoor pool and the water is cold. When we complained they came in and showed us the temp which reads at 85 in the drain cover area. the water is not 86!! The service desk tried gaslighting, acting like we where crazy.. I don't think a three year old would have whole body shaking within 5 min of being in the pool to the point I had to pull him out. The video is of only 4 min of being in the pool.. whole reason to spend this much for a ruined experience ?

ummmm their beds are amazing. talk about BLISS. I didn't want to leave or get out of bed haha. Its been a while I've encountered hotel bedding that was soo plush and right for my neck and body, but when i say this hotels bedding and cleanliness was top tier. I hope i can come back and stay again.

Really wish I would’ve stayed at the Hilton. The hotel is described as “luxury” and “modern,” and it is neither of those. It was at least clean.Dinner in the restaurant took over an hour and a half to arrive to the table after ordering—no one really seemed to care.

The hospitality at this hotel is phenomenal. The facility was clean, staff was accommodating. My party and I experienced an event venue change to this hotel last minute and the hotel was amazing at jumping in, setting up everything and ensuring our needs were met. They are truly pros. The rooms were clean, hotel was quiet and the design is recently updated. Another upside to this hotel was its proximity to BNA and the free shuttle to and from the airport that leaves every half hour.Rooms: Rooms were very clean and recently updated. Fairly spacious, standard double queen rooms.Nearby activities: Right near the heart of Nashville, Broadway is just a few minutes ride away from the hotel and close to sightseeingSafety: I felt very safe staying in this hotel and it was clean.Food & drinks: Food for catering was phenomenal. Experienced a last minute event venue change to this hotel, and the event staff were amazing. Food was high quality, fresh, and seasoned well.
