I placed an order 21 days ago and haven’t heard a single word. No one answers the phone, voicemails aren’t set up for the Shipping Dept when you call the company, and no one answers customer service calls OR email at all!

Took my payment; never shipped the goods:Something Inked did not ship me goods that I paid for. I waited 5 weeks from the purchase date, and after 6 emails only received one response. Even then, they were uncooperative and did not reply to any additional inquiries. Awful experience all around

They would not let me use a promo code they provided me. I emailed them about the problem, but they refused to take care of the situation. In my business I would have rushed to take care of the customer. It’s disappointing.

I ordered uniforms for school through this in 2018 by the end of March. and till this date almost half of a year already the uniforms still have not come. And I already started school for two weeks. This is affecting me so much right now. I had to go and buy new cloth to replace the uniform. When the uniforms came I could then switch out. I would not recommend this to anyone. Also online there is only one person to contact, I sent her many emails and she only replied to a few. Then when I called her she had that attitude in her voice. Shi's saying that I shouldn't call her, with the time that I call her she could have worked through many order already. It sounds like that me calling her is affecting her. NOT RECOMMEND. HOPE TO NEVER USE IT AGAIN.

Very unprofessional didn't send my whole order lady arguing with me through the email as if I'm lying and I'm not looking at what came in this box. School starts Monday I was referred here by the school and the was a total mess only received half of my order
