I got inside and there was no receptionist or anyone to talk to, just a board with information on each person with what they do and it flipped over and over. I was told by a stylist..i think..to just walk around and talk to the girls in the different rooms but i am not going to interrupt them when they have someone in their chair. To me it's not appropriate. It was too confusing to me so i left.

Don't even bother walking into this place trying to get a cut or book an appointment. They're all booked and aren't interested in new customers. The guy I talked to literally told me to go to SuperCuts.

Hi all: I made an appointment with Hope Connor at Sola salon in Bellevue, TN. Her Salon is named Hope's Salon. This appointment was made in advance. Hope messaged me Friday before my Sunday appointment and asked what kind of color I wanted. On Saturday, we exchanged several messages and I shared a picture of color I was interested in. Few minutes after I shared the picture, she messaged and said the system had a glitch and she is now not available for my appointment. She cancelled my appointment with a less than 24 hour notice because she wasn't available all of sudden. If I had cancelled the appointment I would have been charged for the service, but there is no penalty for her to cancel at the last moment. Her behavior was extremely unprofessional and she made no attempt to be sincere about her unprofessionalism either. It is unfortunate that I trusted Sola to make this appointment and now am left angling dry calling around the town to find someone else. I will never use Sola. Thank you,Service: Hairstyling

Megan Pruett Allgood (@pru4u on Insta!) has a shop here and she is the bomb! I've been going to her for several years now. If you're looking for someone who knows modern styles/coloring techniques go to Megan! We've done blue, purple, and copper but if that's too wild for you she is great at the classics too: chocolate browns, summery blondes, & gorgeous balayaged ombres of all kinds.
