Do NOT buy this bed. I got the P6. No matter what setting I set the bed to even if both people set the mattress at the same setting it’s never the same setting. We both roll into the middle of the bed every Night, also known as the trench effect.They promised a 10 year warranty but that’s not true. You have to pay people to come out fo the company to in all reality never fix your bed. The mattress pad won’t stay on ever and neither will the sheets if you get an adjustable base. But that’s the least of your worries. My bed was comfortable for a year and then it flat wore out , trench effect started, the app that controls your sleep setting is never accurate. Worst 5K I have ever spent in my life. I want to light this piece of garbage on fire and leave it in their parking lot. I have been sleeping better on my couch. This is just a typical American, greedy company hawking garbage probably made in China. Seriously….don’t do it. Do not buy this mattress. Even my tiny 8 year old complains about how uncomfortable it is and what do they know about aches and pains? Apparently this mattress is such garbage it even hurts her. I hate everything about this bed. I’m sleeping 4 hours a night before I have to move to the couch. I hope sleep number files bankruptcy and dies a tragic capitalistic death. Customer service sucks too. Good luck out there. Remember yall have been warned!

People in the store were friendly and helped us throughout the whole process. My bone to pick however is with the company and their product as a whole. We were sent the wrong sized mattress and within two days the air pump on it was malfunctioning . We had no problem with the mattress and how we slept on it till it stopped working properly. Obviously we wanted to return the mattress after all of this, and we did but sleep number wouldn’t waive the return fee from two faults on their part. To conclude I wouldn’t recommend spending a lot of money on a glorified air mattress, with a company that has a history of malfunctions with their products, that also has poor customer service.

This experience was great! The people in the store were knowledgeable and helpful. They were never pushy. Every question was answered, and they listened to our needs. Because the purchase was an investment, we came in several different times, and they always gave us individual attention. I would highly recommend shopping for a bed here!

beware if you have an existing adjustable base from another vendor. they will just dump your stuff and not set it up. if you want to cancel your order it takes hours of wait time. horrible customer service.

The sales rep, Devonte, was extremely knowledgeable and patient with answering my many questions. He took the time to understand my complicated health challenges and politely demonstrated some features that I prematurely said I didn't want but would be beneficial for my condition. He was correct. I can’t wait for my bed to arrive!

Devante and Stephanie were working when my wife and I went in looking for mattresses. They were both very helpful, knowledgeable and personal. Devante did the sleep number test on us while explaining the process. We are now just waiting on our mattress to arrive.

My husband and I enjoyed our shopping experience with Jon. He was very knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. We left the store & visited another to shop other brands. We ultimately decided to purchase with Jon at Sleep Number and were thrilled that he was able to complete our purchase with only a short phone call the next day. Now I eagerly await the delivery of our best sleep ever Highly recommend.

We found purchasing a new mattress can be confusing, with a plethora of choices. At Sleep Number, we found a well informed, friendly and relaxed sales person who answered our questions, educated us on his products, spoke honestly about price and product specifics, putting no pressure on us to buy anything. It was a pleasure to find something we are happy to own, and at a price that is fair and affordable. We would recommend the store we visited to anyone!
