Don’t shop here if you want respect or an experience. I walked in the store and not once did one of the several employees that walked by say hello or offer me any assistance. I spent several minutes in the wine department and found something for myself. When I went to check out the cashier was transactional and didn’t even say hello he just took my bottle of wine rang me up. Evidently the wine is 10% off today and I never knew that because there is no where that says it and no employee offered to help me. I asked to speak to the manager and he wasn’t very empathetic and spoke to me with no emotion. Never once asked me anything about my purchase or offered to help me in anyways. I guess he feels he already got my money with the bottle I purchased. I guess since I work in the sales/customer service industry I just expect a different level of service and customer reactions. I could have been offered better help in the wine section at Publix than I received here.

I love coming here because the pricing is fair and the selection is pretty big. I saw a flyer for Juvenile's meet & greet and tasting for his new drink so I made sure to be there that day. He was very nice and the employees were encouraging all the customers to go see him while he was there. I'm not much of a drinker but they truly have something for everybody in here.
