“I knew I wanted to gift myself a cowgirl hat while in Nashville. A week before my trip, I googled cowboy hat bars & Planet Cowboy was the first search result. I checked out their website + Instagram & was sold on the local vibes and authentic selection of Western wear. I inquired about the hat bar via text and had a spectacular interaction with their staff. When I arrived at the shop, Tonya was a fantastic help with picking out the hat style and fit & the hat “bartender” was so delightful & creative. I highly recommend Planet Cowboy for designing your cowgirl/boy hat!!”

I bought a pair of beautiful mid calf iridescent pearl boots, and an absolutely gorgeous leather and fur-collar jacket. I absolutely love them and will wear these all the time back home in England. “Went in on a Sunday night. All of the employees were nice except one female employee who was very rude and didn't seem to want to help me and said they didn't have what I wanted. Went back the next day and a male employee was very friendly and went to check the stock room and found what I wanted. If it wasn't for the male employee I wouldn't have gone back there.”

“I cannot say enough great things about this shop. I started following Goodbuy Girls online several years ago and have always had a good experience online shopping with them. I had only had the chance to visit one other time in person back in 2019 until recently. The owner is as lovely in person as she is online. Very welcoming, friendly and helpful with suggestions. The shop is arranged beautifully inside. She has great taste as can be seen with the items she has chosen to sell - from clothing to jewelry, hats, home goods, accessories and carefully curated vintage cowgirl boots. “Frank & Awilda -we recently were in Nashville and stayed in the East Side. My girlfriend came upon their shop as the window displays caught her eye. The staff, specifically Jess was very kind, professional and extremely helpful. Her warm and wonderful personality was so refreshing as she was attentive to my girlfriend. “Harold's customer service turned me into an Allen Edmonds customer for life. I had purchased two pairs of shoes online, but the fit wasn't perfect when they arrived. I took them into the store and Harold knew exactly what was wrong, but he took a few measurements just to confirm. In just few minutes, the exchange was complete and I left the store with a perfect fit (and a new leather belt too). I love my new dress shoes and I'm looking forward to shopping again at Allen Edmonds.
