Walked in right as they were closing, Leo took great care of me anyway and had a great attitude. This is the only place we buy paint! Great service.

This Sherwin Williams is located in a run down and worn shopping plaza on Gallatin alongside a furniture store, plasma lab and a few other local stores. While the exterior leaves a bit to be desired, the interior of the store is well taken care of. We recently visited this location to get some touch up paint for our new build. Our first visit we shared exactly what we needed, flat city loft white. We did not realize it at the time, but we were given a paint and primer white, which did not touch up at all on our walls. Our second trip on, Heather assisted us and immediately noticed the issue from our first visit. She got is set up, educated and checked out...all with a great attitude! The store was well stocked, clean and again the associates, especially Heather were helpful and friendly!

Since opening my new business account, Heather and the other first shift gentleman have gone out of their way to help with anything we needed. Bralio, hope I spelled that right, but you have been outstanding and a delight to work with. Feels like family there and I would recommend the Madison store above the rest!

Their system is an absolute joke. Returns take forever, they literally can't help you if you purchased paint in another store.I own apartments in new York. Buy about 50k of paint a year, I was using Behr from home depot but decided to try using Sherwin instead. Nope, bad idea. Stick with home depot or even Lowes because their paint quality is average, customer service and systems are below average.
