Went to buy paint to touch up some wall damage. Showed a man at the counter the small paint chip I brought from the damaged wall, and he said it was too small to scan and he couldn't help me. I drove 2 min to Home Depot, and they scanned the paint chip with no problem. Either you need to get a color scanner that works for small chips or hire a competent employee who can actually operate the scanner.
