They have horrible customer service. They ruined a pair of blending shears that have never been sharpened before and insisted that the last person that sharpened them were the people that damaged them. again never been sharpened before. they don't take blame for their own mistakes.

I sent a set of professional chef's knives to sharpening world and they made them cut like NEW. We keep a decent edge on them at the restaurant but over time they've seen some wear and tear. Now they're back on the line better than ever!

They did a great job with my knives, and had them done in the timeframe that I requested. I just went because it was close and I needed my knives sharpened for work, but I am definitely pleased with the results!

The business is very courteous and professional but the best part - the most incredible part - is that they pick up and deliver in the Nashville area FOR FREE! I was dreading having to drive to the airport area and because of this it saved me hours of travel time due to traffic. They also fixed a German knife that was damaged by another knife sharpening place. The prices are very fair and reasonable. I was overcharged accidentally but was immediately reimbursed. They discovered the oversight and immediately informed me about it. Mitch, the person who picked up and delivered, was kind, professional, and kept me informed about when he would pick up and deliver. You can pay online, also an added bonus. Experience was outstanding!

The tip of my CRKT pocket knife broke off and needing sharpening.They answered the phone right away. My knife was as good as new in about 15 minutes. Quality and affordable service.

Call first before you go. Price is right and they did a great job on variety of kitchen blades. They even fixed a broken tip of a knife I had long ago written off as useless. Same day turnaround.

We brought them our Shun kitchen knives. Some of them were dinged and missing points. Sharpening World did an amazing job. They look like new and are sharper than new. I highly recommend them!!

Very glad I ignored the one bad review on here and listened to the others. Took my two Japanese chef's knives, a 6 inch and an 8 inch, to these folks and they did an amazing job. I had them back in about 30 minutes and they are like new, if not better! Everything cuts like butter with these things. Very very happy with the results, the price, and the speed of service. Will definitely be returning.

I took all my knives in yesterday to get them “cleaned up” and what a difference. I am a chef and maintain my own knives, but even “we” can use a good overall maintenance program. Love it
