Mr. Ed sold me a 2019 Colorado, excellent service from the man, very kind and respectful to me and my wife. But what the service workshop is is, terrible service to change the engine oil lasts up to 3 hours and they only serve you by appointment. Dana, for me, is a great person and always helps me and my wife. But otherwise very slow.

Best service experience I’ve ever had! I’ve brought my car in for repair 2 times in the past month and both times Wayne was amazing! I can’t thank him and the service department enough for being so friendly and caring. They truly know the meaning of customer service. Thanks again guys!

Called & scheduled to have my transmission fluid checked on my 2015 equinox. When I got there, told the service department about the issues & wanted the transmission fluid checked. Charged me $99 & DID NOT CHECK MY TRANSMISSION FLUID!!!!!! Very unapologetic, unprofessional & left all their trash in my car!!! Will never take my car their again!

Dropped off at the body shop. Paulonda was as great in person as she was over the phone. Took care of everything that needed to be done including getting the rental car place over for my ride. Wouldn’t use any other shop.

I showed up unaware that you had to have an appointment. They told me they had 10 cars in front of me if I wanted to wait it out. By the time I got my laptop and phones out and entered the Wi-Fi password into all of them, my phone rang. Excellent customer services work. I could ask for a better experience. FYI appointment only Monday-Friday.

After a couple of back and forths on an offer, I agreed to "their offer/price". THEN, they tried to say that they made a mistake and needed to increase the price by a couple thousand dollars...."The Sale Manager did not understand" the amount correctly. What, is that not his job? Why do you need to "go" and talk the the Sales Manager? Can the "Salesman" not sell a car? Either way this show lack of character. Don't trust these people to have your best interest at heart. By the way, the person on website (the chat) is not a real person, they think you are stupid.
