I love the endless options of brands at this store so it was awesome! Only problem is the customer service, I did not mind not needing help. But checking out was the problem. there’s already a lot of people in the store so it’s quite noisy. So I asked if the younger cashier can she repeat something again (as it was noisy) but she rolled her eyes at me, sighed at me, and gave me an attitude before repeating. I get we all have bad days, but I’m hoping she doesn’t do this to someone that isn’t so lenient as it may lead to something horrible

Sephora has so much selection to choose from. Luckily my daughter & I knew what we were looking for ..... assistance was very thin on the ground, although it seemed plenty of help were chatting (to each other)... it didn't seem fair to interrupt them .... lol

The customer service is overwhelming had the same lady ask me if i needed help finding anything TWICE within a span of 2 minutes leaning her head really close in my bubble looking at me. I guess they must have been suspicious of me? because another one came up and asked me again and there was another one nearby just staring. Really uncomfortable experience honestly that’s not how you treat customers but i do like this mall and i do like Sephora, so.

My 10-year-old daughter and I went to Sephora today. We had a $45 budget including the 10% First Responder Discount! We shop here monthly and never have any issues. Today, my daughter saw a gift set that she wanted and the item was in the space that had $49 on the shelf. She was so excited to get this item, as it had all the things she wanted. We made our way to the checkout line and we noticed a price on the box for $74. We stopped an employee to ask them about it. They followed us over to the shelf where we got it to show her the price as marked. I took a picture of the shelf and the price and the employee advised me to show that to the checkout person. So we get to check out and the item rings up to $74. I showed her the photo and she asked me where I got that photo. I pointed at the shelf across the store where we got the item. She walked over to the shelf and said, "It was a mistake, and that the price on the shelf was marked for a different item". We went back over to the shelf and disagreed with the lady. The other salesperson defended the error too by showing us the price underneath the current price. I suggested she move the item so no one else gets it confused and then she tried to move us forward in getting another item in our budget. She continued to minimize the issue by saying that my daughter didn't need that item anyway. I asked if she was the manager, and she said that she was a skin specialist and went from store to store. I then asked if the manager was there, and she said, "Yes, it's the lady that checked you out". So I went back to that lady and told her that any other store would honor that price issue instead of defending it. She still did not agree, so I asked her her name. She said, Juliet. I put it in my phone and walked away. She then comes over again to the shelf with the other staff as we are looking at other items and looks at us. She walked over to us and said, she wanted us to be happy and she was going to honor the price on the shelf. She did that finally! My point in sharing this review is that a store should have a policy on wrong pricing or placement and we should not have to go through the process of trying to make it right. My 10-year-old daughter could be a customer for life and needs to have a positive experience. Besides, the skin care industry markups are crazy.

On Sunday I went in to buy a Too Faced eyeliner. The robust cashier that day was very mean. I greet her and say hi, no response. But it got worse after I wanted to pay cash. She rolled her eyes and then snatched the product out of my hand. Then gives me the change and doesn't say a word when I said "thank you goodbye."

Came here fragrance shopping for my boyfriend’s upcoming birthday, and Bill was amazing!! Super helpful, knowledgeable, and personable! Such a nice experience especially after being treated very coldly at Dillards. Love the pronouns on name tags too!!!

I am traveling and have never been to Nashville before. Yesterday while in Nashville I had a panic attack and cried quite a bit, leaving the make up that was on my face streaked and splotchy. The place we are staying is about an hour from Nashville so I had no way to touch it up post panic attack. I went to this Sephora and was honest and told them about the panic attack I had had. I wish I knew the names of the two ladies who helped me. One was busy with another customer, but quickly grabbed someone else to help me. The blonde girl with tattoos who helped me was soooo understanding and not only helped me fix my make up but also talked me through different breathing exercises that have helped her in the past. AND wrote down suggestions for what to do in Nashville. This experience truly turned my entire day around and I was able to enjoy my day in Nashville! Thank you to the ladies who helped me! (especially the blonde because she is the one I interacted with most). The customer service was unmatched and they really went above and beyond! You really made my day so much better! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
