“This was my first experience with a storage facility. They were friendly; they gave me a unit, which was close to the entrance & exit. They also gave me a discount deal for the first 3 months. Mice got in within the first few months and left a mess behind. To the best of my knowledge, when I brought the mice to the facility's attention, they did address it.
Over the 29 months I had the unit, the price rose an astonishing 35%. When clearing it out, they had me return for a final visit to sweep out the floor. If I didn't, they were going to charge me an outrageous $50 cleaning fee for 10 minutes of work. In my opinion, after I gave them over $2k in rent, they should've done the cleaning for free.”
“My experience at Cube smart has been generally great, especially now that the negativity is no longer there! The manager Susan, is a very nice and helpful lady who goes above and beyond, to give the best customer service that she possibly can. I've also had great customer service with a few other employees as well. The storage units are well kept, and I feel comfortable with storing my belongings there safely!”

I used to live up the street and put my entire apartment in storage in 2020. What was meant to be a couple of months turned into 4 years . I moved up north and then down south . I never had the chance to go collect my stuff and wasn’t sure what to do with it .
I finally went back to collect everything this past week and it was exactly as I had left it. (See my photo) . You never know what can happen , so I wasn’t sure what to expect when i opened the door .
This facility was very accommodating while i stored and collected my things I really have nothing but good things to say. I mean i was paying for the storage , but no one ever HAS to be nice. Thanks for everything .”

“Ms.kathleen was an amazing delight to be with showed me my unit make sure that I was able to get the right size U-Haul so I was able to make it to the back of the storage complex due to the fact that my storage unit was all the way in the back in a corner, she gave Me to get back there with no issue the gate worked fine.
