I have never had a bad experience at Sam’s Club and I have used more than one location. Even the cart retrieval staff are pleasant and helpful.

Whoever decided to change the rotisserie chicken ovens to some sort of air fryer oven should be fired. I will not buy another chicken from Sam's until you bring back the old ovens. The new chicken tastes bland and the skin is completely dried out in your new air fryer ovens. Yuck!

I love Sam's Club and this is my go to location in general. I have both Costco and Sam's membership and I prefer Sam's over Costco any day. Solely for their online pick up orders. Yes, because I am that lazy to go in, ok, it's not that....it's more likely I hate hauling big bulky items into the cart and then into my car by myself...not only that....but if it's not at 8AM, I am not going into sams...no way. I hate crowds and the parking lot is just ridiculous lol I will stick to my online pick up orders :)

Sams always have amazing deals. The Rotisserie chicken is off the chain and still reasonably priced at 4.98. Sams is full of amazing deals wandering down the aisles , is full of instant savings and clearance prices on items that lead to extreme bargains.The food, beverages, cleaning supplies, electronics, clothes,office supplies ,pet food, kitchen items include name brands that are recognized and are of quality.

Dirty store and parking lot. Sam's club used to be nice when I was growing up but this location is disgusting. It's like horrible city planning and tons of middle management decided this was where they chose for hopes and dreams to die. The pizza is decent though! The cafe is always quick and that is their only redeeming department or area of the store. Even here, the cafe area is always trashed and the drinks are half out and no ice. Really one must ask if Costco is a better option. If you live in Nashville, Costco is a much better cleaner safer option.

I purchased 4 tiers from them few month later I got flat tire. I went to check there was no hope to be fixed they said. They advise to replace it, but tire is not here it will take a week!!I went after week David was ZERO help and keep blaming other staff in front of me!!Not only David all the staff keep talking bad about.How old the system, how short they are and how frustrated they are her.One of them said to other in front of me"Why we open Sunday? We should stay home!!These staff needs help and needs a leader to train them how to deal with customer.Not recommend the location to anyone!

My cake person cancelled on me and it was the day before my sons bday party. Stopped by Sam's and asked if they can do a tiered cake for us and they were able to make this happen on such short notice. They offer either a 2 tier or a 3. We went with the 3 and it turned out really good. The cake was delicious and a hit. Due to copyright they were not able to decorate the cake how we wanted so after picking it up we did the decorating ourselves. Cake looked great!! Pricing was fair also. About $75.

Mohammed at Sam’s Tire Center on Antioch Pike is an angel. Patient, straightforward, and I really felt he worked hard to help me find the best outcome. I had issues with a tire holding air about a month after I had it replaced. When I came in he remembered me and stayed late to figure out what was wrong. I’m very grateful!

Not sure if I have the best or worst luck lol. Key fob stopped working and I couldn’t get a hold of Chevy. Decided to go to Sam’s and they happened to be running a special on key fobs. Replaced it and did my shopping. Got back in the car and my car wouldn’t start. Went back in Sam’s to the tire center and they had my battery in stock. David walked to the parking lot and jumped my car so I could pull around and replace it. He fixed it immediately and was super pleasant. 5 star service!

Came for gas... but all the gas stations were closed. There were no signs at the front of the store which caused more than a dozen cars pulling in and out causing some traffic and confusion. The store itself is very disorganized and not clean: Half the bathroom stalls were dirty and not the shelves in the store were not stocked.

Often feels very crowded and somewhat scattered. Employees typically don't greet you upon entering, which is totally fine, just different than all other locations I've been to. I still come to this Sam's as it's the only one in my area and I appreciate it being where it is, location wise. However, I would probably try a different one if there were one close to me.

My wife and I recently began coming to this Sam's Club and we wouldn't say it necessarily stands out from the others. Unlike the other locations we have been to, this one doesn't seem quite as welcoming to us. We appreciate the good deals you can get by being a Sam's Club member! We'll definitely be back to this store as it's closest to us. However, besides the good deals, this location doesn't appear to give off the spectacular customer service/shopping experience other Sam's Clubs do.

Found ourselves in a bit of a pickle when we came into the shop, and the employees, especially Muhammad, were incredibly helpful & went above and beyond to make sure our car was in good shape for the rest of our trip!
