I give this Salon10 stars . I have been to my fair share of Salons and hands down Salon West located in Hermitage is by far the Best!!! I had someone that messed my hair up big time. I reached out and sent pics of my hair and Nora responded back,and I booked my 1st appointment with her. I am so glad I did.When I walked in Everyone I came in contact with was so down to earth. Everyone made you feel so welcomed. Check them out you will not be disappointed I promise!

Crystal Melton is my stylist and the best I've ever had!! Always punctual and does the best job on my hair!!! She takes her time and I don't feel like she's rushing me out the door plus she's super fun to talk to! Beth

When we visit Nashville I try to make sure that I call ahead to get a hair appointment with the owner Kelsey. She is phenomenal ! She can make your dead strands come back to life.
And if you’re really feeling like you need a true spa day, make it a double by walking upstairs for a facial and massage with Chelsea.
The shop itself has a rustic cowgirl ranch style. A Very welcoming vibe.

Mel is my hair stylist! She is amazing! Not only does she give the best haircuts, she is also so friendly and a great chat for gossip! My hair is so thick and bushy and so hard to tame, but when I come to Mel she tames it so well. She cuts my hair exactly the way I like. She even double checks and makes sure she has hit all the corners of my head so that my dew is exactly as I envisioned it would be. I always leave my cut feeling lighter and like a brand new man - so fresh, so clean. Mel is the best! She does the lords work with my hair. You should have her do yours too!Service: Haircut

Melanie cut my hair last week, and I highly recommend her. Melanie is very professional and has great attention to detail.
