Wonderful stylist that cares about her clients. I can’t speak for anyone else but for me customer service weighs heavily at the top when it comes to service based businesses and this place is superb.

My first appointment with Kim was excellent. Today I had an appointment (I made it through style seat and didn't get a confirmation and Kim squeezed me in) at 8:00. I hit a little traffic and realized I was going to be 7 minutes late per my GPS. I called Kim at exactly 8am to apologize and let her know my status and she chewed me out. "Where are you exactly, because I have 6 of ya'll today and a color. I came in early for YOU and now you are going to come in late. I couldn't even drop off my son today!" And on and on. I totally get that being late was inconvenient but her lack of professionalism was astounding. Especially since when we had our first appointment she spent most of it giving her mother directions over the phone, and I did not complain once.
