Paid upfront for them to come to me. This is now the 2nd time my appointment has been rescheduled on their end. It is now a month since my original appointment date. Their customer service is no good either. No idea how their windshield quality and install is as I literally cannot get it done lol. I don’t understand the point of paying up front if they can still alter your appointment.

The attention to my presancecas a customer TOP NOTCH However, I was told it takes longer to clean the front seat of broken glass and I unfortunately experienced the worst crash wrap post clean up ever. Very poor clean up , could have dusted the seats Im sorry i expected way more attention to detail considering I was being warned of the benefits if they cleaned it. Luckily for me I will be returning. Safelite has good and bad location fortunately I've experienced all and I know this location has great potential. Friendly, responsive just give more attention to detail. Glass shared are serious°

This is by far the worst service I have received being a new customer. 1st I have been re-scheduled over 3 times due to the company not having my correct windshield ordered. Might I state the 1st time re-scheduling they didn’t state a reason. They put in a windshield that doesn’t fit the model of my car on the second appointment. Might I also state the molding and trim are not properly fit and is coming apart. I also requested to have a site manager give me a call in regards to the service I have received and I still have not heard from anyone. I would not recommend anyone use this company for your window needs and they are over rated. I am still pending another service date that is scheduled this Saturday to install the correct windshield and I’m on edge to see if it will be done correctly or even have the right windshield.

Drop my truck off because it needed a windshield and calibration at 920 am. I advised I needed my truck back by 2 because I had to be a work at 2. I was advised they would have it ready by then. Called at noon no answer, called again no answer. Called another safelite they called no answer. I got a text message at 224 saying that they were just starting on my vehicle. I go to the shop and they stated you had an all day appointment. Ok but I said I need it back by 2 and was told I was going to get it. So if it was not able to be done you should have called instead of working on it. ?

Very odd that scheduling a chip repair is weeks out but scheduling a full windshield is 1 to 2 days. Hmmm, seems they hope the chip turns into a crack which forces a full replacement. Nah… I’ll get my now required full replacement somewhere else.

Booked my appointment online two weeks ago confirmed via text times email then less than 24 hours before appointment. They canceled my appointment and threatened to charge me a cancellation fee and now they won’t answer the phone. I choose to wait online and they say we’ve got too many people we can’t even keep you on the phone Worthless very frustrated. I only gave two stars because they used to be good 10 or 20 years ago.

Waited 2 weeks for first available appointment. The assistant manger called the night before to say he didn’t have the part and would call me back on Monday. I called him on Monday afternoon and he said it was his personal line and he’d call me when could find some time. I tried calling the store and corporate but the system is set up so that everything must be done online, so no one answers phone calls.

I hope you don't want to talk to a human. I hope you want to do everything yourself. I hope you like a horrible experience. If you do, you've found the right place. What an awful experience. After several call attempts, I'm going somewhere else. What a terrible way to run a company. Unless you're trying to run it into the ground.

The service person came to my house and was not able to replace my censor and said someone would be in touch with me to get it replaced. I called 3 days later and they acted like they didn’t know anything about it at customer service. They said someone would call me within 48 hours - still no call back. I tried calling at 2 pm on a Friday and am not able to talk to a real person. Safelite sucks!!!

Terrible customer service!
I had my windshield replaced on March 23, 2024. Within about 2 weeks of the replacement the cover for the windshields electronic panel was falling off. I went back to show them and the manager came out and determined it was broken on install and glued. The glue failed of course and the part had to be replaced. He told me he would handle it and I'd get a notification when the part came in. 2 weeks went by with no communication so I called. Turns out the manager I dealt with was from another location and never placed the order for the part! The lady on the phone assured me she would order it. 2 weeks later no information so I called and they made the appointment for them to come install the replacement cover. They came but it was the wrong part.
Then 3 more weeks pass and I call, they say the part is in and schedule a technician to come out and no one showed.
It's a week and a half later and I can't get anyone to answer my call to give me any information on what's going on?!
This is ridiculous!
I need a resolution with my replacement part that Safelite broke!
I'm very disappointed and wouldn't recommend this location for their poor service! I plan to go to the location this Saturday and demand something be done!

Here is my Safelite story:
I was driving home late at night and picked up a hitchhiker, about a mile down the road he pulled a knife on me.
I noticed he was not wearing a seatbelt and accelerated to 100MPH and then slammed on my brakes.
He flew through the windshield and on to the street.
I called Safelite and they arrived within the hour and replaced my windshield and they even helped me move the body off to the side of the road so I would not risk damage to my car.
Thanks Safelite, you are the best.

Just awful customer service. The lady who answered the call was very rude and not helpful. Could not even provide a quote unless I booked the service with them. ???
