THE BEST PLACE AROUND! The guys that are here are amazing, so friendly, very informative! I had issues with the dealership who was supposed to have done my alignment and balance after reinstalling my TPMS onto my wheels I got 2 days prior from here along with an oil change and other things that added up to $526 at the dealership.Dealership didn't do my alignment or balance, another place i took it to before contacting rimtyme since the dealership i went to originally closed, tried to tell me that my wheels were warped.Contacted RimTyme and got my car up to them that same evening and had them look. That's when Theron shown me my original wheel weights he put on was still on and none were lost, and that the machine was showing it that my wheels were out of balance.Theron rebalanced my wheels and made sure they were perfect before I left. Also MY WHEELS WERE NOT WARPED OR ANYTHING.I contacted the dealership the next business day, disclosed with them everything. They further investigated that the mechanic did in fact not do my balance, alignment, oil change or my VSA modulator replacement, only installed my sensors and did my replacement key.RimTyme-MADISON location will be the only place I ever do any business with regarding wheels and tires! Lifesavers. I needed 14mm x 2.0 spinal nut bolts for my custom rims and they had them in stock and cheaper than the retail stores [Autozone, etc].

The rims and tires guys in the back one especially very rude. Others in front are helpful and conducting business, the guys in the back will kill the business.

I spent $1700 on new tires and rims on my car 9/7/21 I was initially pleased with my purchase. Until last month, when I was trying to swap out the tires and rims to put on my other vehicles and realized that they over tightened every single lug nut on all four tires. Not just over tightened… They were so tight the lug nut studs kept busting off! It’s a complete nightmare!
