Bookworms united. Stacks of paper glory. Smell of old ink and the sound of turning pages.

A wonderful bookstore! I thought I had stepped into one of those wonderful dreamy European bookstores I've dreamed of visiting! And I found some underrated old authors that are next to impossible to find! The gentleman at the desk was very helpful and knew exactly where everything was that I asked for. The prices were very reasonable for the quality and how old the books were.

Lots of books in very good condition. Normally used book stores have a healthy mix of older or vintage materials as well as relatively current titles. This book store severely lacked newer titles and the prices were higher than I expected for the older books. On a side note, beware the cat! It is definitely not friendly and decided to scratch my wife hard enough to draw blood. There has to be better options for used books in Nashville.

The best used bookstore in Tennessee, quite possibly in the southern USA. Absolutely floor to- ceiling of grade-A lit - the owner, Fred, really knows his music and I love chatting with him when I'm in town. They have everything from Flannery to Bukowski to art history reference books. Highly recommended! 10/10

People that were working just sit there and look at you like they are annoyed, beyond cramped in the store and feels like nothing is in order, just randomly placed. Won't be going back.

Visiting Nashville and came upon this book store. The store itself is interesting-yet the books are overpriced. The bad review is due to the completely rude man that was supposed to ring up my purchase. Instead, I stood there awkwardly as he described his thin, charred steak and prattled on about his restaurant experience to someone on the phone. This man looked like he had no intention of hanging up and didn't even acknowledge me as I stood there for several minutes. I just put my book down and left (probably would have been his only sale for the day- oh well! Is this a business or an episode of Seinfeld? We will laugh about this for some time - especially when we eat thin, charred steak!

Great selection and friendly service with excellent prices. Bought a 1943 book on Louisiana Bayous because I’m traveling to Louisiana for a few weeks

Great "little" store, which is actually quite MASSIVE inside. A hidden treasure of Nashville. Not a place for true claustrophobics, tho. ;)

One of my favorite stops in Nashville. It’s the perfect place to search for a book and see some local art. ??

What a wonderful bookshop! Finding good book stores in Nashville is shockingly difficult, but this one is the real deal. The place is packed floor to ceiling with interesting items. The proprietors were listening to some great old blues when I stopped by, and that made me want to hang around and browse even longer.

I went in looking for old Copies of Dracula, didn't find that. But found everything else. Loved the environment, Cozy with a Sherlock Holmes vibe.

Didn’t catch his name but the gentleman that was there helped tremendously! Very patient and kind, took his time showing me many options! Helped me pick some specific books to start off my wife’s vintage collecting. Very cool store and I’m excited to bring my wife next time so she can find some more treasures.
