I have been a customer here for years. It has always been a horrible experience/nightmare coming here but here recently it has gotten worse and worse. Not one single smiling or happy face. Employees are very rude and unprofessional when you have a question or need anything brought down from the upper pallets that customers cant reach. Management and supervisors are just as bad. After spending hours there finding what you need you get to the cashier and they’re super backed up. You also get stopped at the door and they ask for your receipt and hold you for several minutes.. worse then a TSA check point.. Moving forward I will just stick with ordering through our other distributors and avoid this place. 1 star is not deserved.

Have been member 6 years and today’s experience was my best experience here by far. We encountered some issue but huge thanks to Ms Kim, I believe she is the assistant branch manager, she was patient, friendly and professional, she took time to figure out solutions to take care of us and we cannot thank her enough. Also I believe the Deli manager was very kind and helpful to locate the items we were looking for. The item we needed were in a pallet and behind another pallet but he did not hesitate and help us move things around to get what we needed.
Once again, I had not so pleasant experience here before but today Ms. Kim and the Deli Manager (sorry I forgot to ask for his name) made it a wonderful experience for us and we will come back more often for sure.

Rude as ever! Complete waste of time ordered on Uber eats & pushed around for 1.5 hours. You wasted 2 drivers time and mine. Unprofessional!! Talked to 2 employees rude to me and the driver trying to figure out the situation! Shopped here many times & in the restaurant business. I would would not recommend after this experience.

This a great place to make deliveries. The staff here is nice and freindly. If you are ontime for your appointment they are very fast at unloading you. Like an hr or less. They do charge a fee of like a $100, even if it's just 1 pallet being unloaded; so yea keep that in mind. Only real issue I had here is getting in and out of this place. The docks are easy getting in and out of. There is a pole there on the corner where the main truck entrance is. This makes it very difficult making wide turns there. If there is trucks parked out on the street, you won,t be able to use that entrance. You will have to go to the next entrance and go through the 4 wheeler parking lots. There is also an end circle at the end of the street, that place is on, where you can turn around if needed.

We are a business that spends more than $45,000 a year on purchases at Restaurant Depot for last 7 years, at least. We just brought a Warring Coffee maker (professional grade) to replace the one that broke. It cost us $688.97 through Restaurant Depot. We've always had a good relationship with the older management staff. This Warring coffee machine just purchased? Isn't working correctly. We've done all we can to try and adjust, as we are a professional Cafe that's been in business over 12 years in Nashville 12 St South. We need a coffee machine functioning. I went back to speak with Restaurant Depot Management. I was told the person in charge of that section was on his lunch break. So I called the next day. Then I am told he won't be back til next week. So, I asked to speak with another manager. I was then told I would have to contact the Warrantee folks. That there was nothing more that Rest. Depot could do. 'It's out of their hands.' I am left with a machine that's not functioning. It's not even 3 weeks old. Restaurant Depot sure took the $688.97 quick enough. But not so quick to help us once it proves ill functioning. You should also let your customers know BEFORE they buy such high cost stuff, that if anything happens? They on their own. Nothing was said to me. Sure, that declaration will affect your sales. But at least you are protected business people from finding themselves having to fix a problem that will affect their business... ON THEIR OWN.

Appointment time 6:00 am, we arrived the night before and were able to park in their yard.At 6:00 am we checked in , friendly staff, got a door right away and we were done unloaded and paperwork by 7:00 am. Wonderful experience for us. Thank you guys!

Negatives: staff are not friendly. Handwritten signs ever are sketchy. Their website / signup doesn’t work. Forklift operators DO NOT pay attention and are careless. Very very dirty.Positives: lots of selection and some decent deals.

the best bang for your buck period! everything is common sense easy to find, figuring out how to load you stiff in your car is the only part to worry about.
