Jesse and I had an appointment set for last Wednesday at 9am for two cars. He confirmed it earlier in the week and then the day before, all good to go. Then, 9am comes and goes. Around 10am, I gave him a call and left a voicemail, and then responded to our existing email thread around noon to see if he was still coming. About 20 min later, he gets back to me saying a family issue popped up and he’s unable to make our appointment, but he can reschedule for the next day. Fine, no worries, life happens. But that was the last I heard from him. On Thursday, he no called/no showed again, despite me calling and emailing. I waited a week to leave this review to give him time to explain if something had happened, but I still have yet to hear from him. Really disappointed, I wound up booking with another detailer.

Setup an appointment for after 2pm on 4/26/24 at 2:01 pm Jesse was in my driveway. This impresses me it shows great respect for the time of others (my wife was impressed and that says a lot). He was professional and courteous. We did not expect much with the condition of our car being a 2014 that had never had more than what I would do when I had the time but the final product was well above my expectations. 5 stars all the way more if I could will use again.

Scheduled a detailing service for 8 AM on Friday. No-call No-showed that appointment and have not answered the phone ever since, nor have they ever responded to my emails

After scheduling an appt two weeks in advance, I got an email last night at 9:15 to confirm the address. Not getting the email until the next morning, I confirmed at 6:11am for 12:30 pm appt. NO ONE SHOWED. Called 3 times from 1:00pm-2:38pm, and texted and received no response. I get things happen, but could at least let the customer know something. It was for my wife's car which we had to work around to keep her car home today and change my schedule around for it. Just poor all around....

In the past, I had great luck with Renew, and they do a great job of detailing, however scheduling has been really difficult lately. The past 2 out of 3 times that I've had an appointment with them they've no called/no showed at least once. I get that things happen like weather or employees getting sick, but they could at least send a text or call to say they aren't going to be able to make it so I'm not stuck at home waiting all day. They no showed without letting me know twice this week but finally messaged me a few minutes after posting my initial review to reschedule again.
