We were misled by this bank for having a fixed rate HELOC only to find out it’s variable. Their systems are outdated, setting up auto-payments took multiple days, and their customer care center drops calls. Hard 0 out of 5 on Renasant.

You will NOT find this kind of customer service anywhere else in Tennessee! Sherri is bomb, the lady at the front desk (I forget hire to spell her name) is amazing. They are all polite and friendly. You don't have to be rich for them to treat you like a 5 star VIP client

The Best of the Best work here. Holcomb Burk, Sherri Frierson, and Stewart Davis are amazing! they always keep my money safe and sound even through a pandemic. Have Never had any problems with this bank , they have alwayes been more than helpfull with anything I needed or wanted to do , I was actually shocked to read these complaints , There a Bank of America on Charlotte ave by Publix that’s exactly like the complaints I’am reading

Not a single person was wearing a mask. They were extremely rude to me because I was wearing one, for the protection of my five year old daughter who has chronic lung disease. Terrible banking experience, terrible people.

Never one to leave a review, but this is by far the WORST bank experience I've ever had. I've been a member of Wells Fargo and 53Bank for years.. took a recommendation from a client to open an account with Renasant.

Nice location, fast and friendly service. Cashing their check was without fee not having account there. That's nice, most banks charge fees. There was overgrown tree blocking about 5 parking spaces but I was informed that contractor was going to take care of it this weekend.
