0/5 star rating. Was so excited about the tile part of the new build. 6 rooms to tile. Horrible experience with this company. Poor help with design, said would only do drawings AFTER the purchase !! poor follow-up. I can't tell you how disappointed I am. They're getting my money and I'm not getting anything near what I wanted.

So disappointed. New build with 6 rooms to tile. Should be fun, right? With all the options? It's a nightmare. Couldn't get renderings, (said they'd supply AFTER the purchase) couldn't get design help (after the first meeting), was very rushed, couldn't get response to questions after several emails. I've remodeled before and never had so little help/effort/caring from a vendor. Months after the initial conversation, I'm having to settle.

The store wasn't open at a few minutes before 4 pm on the weekday that I went, and there was no information anywhere on the building. Not a great way to start a business relationship.
