I bought my first tempurpedic mattress from Relax the Back 19+ years ago. I returned there recently as I was overdue for a new mattress. I am a side and stomach sleeper and I have right hip pain now. Everything I've heard is that what would feel good for my hip would be bad for my stomach sleeping. So, I didn't have a lot of hope when I walked in the door that there was a mattress that would meet all of my needs.
Glen (the owner) listened to my needs/concerns, asked good questions to ensure he had all the pertinent information, and he led me to a couple of options--telling me to take all the time I needed lying on them. I came away purchasing my new tempurpedic mattress and adjustable bed base and I couldn't be happier with my choice. I am just waiting on delivery--and I'm so excited! Glen is very knowledgeable, patient, and just a pleasure to talk to. He isn't your typical salesperson. He comes across as someone who truly cares and is invested in long term customer satisfaction. He, and the Nashville Relax the Back store are simply the best!

Personal service to the max! I went to the Relax The Back store in Green Hills on a friend's recommendation for a new pillow. Glen had me try a few pillows and help me select the right one. The pillow is a dream, and neck issues are gone! I'll definitely go "back."

We were on vacation in Nashville and went searching for a pillow wedge because the hotel bed was brutal on our back. We found this place and the man working there, Glenn, was seriously an EXPERT on sleeping/sleep position/back aches… anything sleep related! Just a great, and unexpected, experience.

I found the only wedge cushions to ease my sciatica while driving in my car. I bought a second wedge cushion to use on my sofa. I love these cushions!

Outstanding store. Glenn (the owner) was there and extremely helpful helping me pick out an ergonomic office chair that met my needs (went with the Anthros chair which is absolutely amazing). He was friendly, knowledgeable and patient. Was great to have a large selection of various chairs (and beds) to try out to see what was best for me.

I resisted for months paying $180 for a pillow recommended for me by my orthopaedist, but now I am sorry I delayed. I tried a $50 one from Amazon first, which was worthless. This pillow has changed my life and is worth every penny. I'm glad I finally let the experts help me choose a product that decreased my morning neck pain from 7/10 to 0/10! And, I sleep all night without any pain. Thank you!

The easiest furniture buying experience I have ever had. On top of that Glen and team know their stuff and provide quick, honest and detailed information that had me making a great decision I may not have made on my own. If you are looking at ergonomic office chairs stop Googling and watching online reviews and just go stop in this shop. You won't regret it!

My husband has cancer and we were on the hunt to alleviate his backpack. Glen was so informative, personable, and helpful. We ended up purchasing 2 chairs. One zero gravity recliner and a desk chair because he has to work from home. They have both made the world of difference in his daily routine and quality of life with the challenges he has with cancer. I cannot recommend Glen and his extensive knowledge enough. Bonus, I feel like we made a friend!

I have been really happy with an office chair I bought here 19 years ago. Recently a plastic piece of the leg base broke. It turned out that the lifetime warranty really is a lifetime warranty. The wheel base was replaced at no charge and with no hassle. They even had a record from when I bought the chair so they knew which model it was. All they wanted was a photo of the broken piece so they could be sure what to order.
