I always use discount tire no matter where I live. I've probably have bought 9 or 10 sets of tires with no problems. I just got a screw in my back tire came in yesterday, they ordered a new tire with warranty it's only $65 bucks out the door . My problem is I've been here since 11am it's now 2:06 and my truck is still parked because I didn't have an appointment. No one has an appointment for picking up a screw in the tire and needs to be fixed immediately that's why you come in. Management should designate one bay for people to come in with emergencies with the warranty on the tires that are bought here instead of me waiting for 5 plus hours.

My first recommendation whenever anyone mentions needing tires. They'll patch/repair your tires for free even if you didn't buy them there. And they offer good advice when trying to pick out the best new tires for my needs.

The only reason I'm giving this is a one is because of zero is not a choice. I had an appointment but they negated it. -1. I stood at the desk for 25 minutes before anyone would wait on me. -1. During the time I looked at the prices being shown on the computer. Unbelievably bad did I say 20% more? -3. Attitude to the employees -3 Here's the clencher I drove less than a mile and add everything done and was out the door 45 minutes later. Your mileage may vary

This is my second time with a same car same location do not recommend discount tires for your Tesla they do a terrible job and do not check there work . I had had issues with the same location was going to give them another try.I have offset staggered tires and they put my back tires in the front tires are rubbing my tire well . This is huge problem I'm unable to drive my car over the weekend . I don't know who the manger is but I will be calling the head quarters. This will cause damage on my tires and it's a huge safety issue. . Look at my issue a year ago some problems same location .Check your people.

I have a recommendation for the priority of work! A scheduled appointment should have priority over walk ins. When your checked in, a scheduled appointment s should be called first,then walk ins. My scenario: I had an 9:30 appointment checked on with the person outside at 9:20, I didn't get called and added to the waitlist for 45 minutes!

When arriving I did not have an appointment and they were busy and I understood. But they told me it would be a 2 1/2 hour wait and I ended up waiting for 3 1/2.... I expected to have a decent wait and I had no ride so I stayed at this location as I was getting my tire fixed. Then another manager from another location had to call to get my car seen, then after they finished my car they parked it in the parking lot but pulled everyone else's car up by the front door?? Not sure why that was but everyone was nice but those things were just weird to me?

Came here on vacation and had a patch go bad in my tire. They got me in and out in less than an hour. Nick was the main contact for me, he was informative and patient. The team at this location looked cohesive and worked well with each other like a well oiled machine. I'm very happy with the results. I'm a regular at the discount tire in Fort Wayne Indiana and I'm glad to see consistency throughout the branches. A+ in my book.

Completely outstanding customer service...Matt was the employee I dealt with on the phone and fortunately in person. I call to tell the establishment that I was running late and Matt reassure me that it was fine he was going to log it in the computer at which he did. As soon as I got to the establishment I was assisted right off the from the jump. Thank you for your awesome service! Highly Recommended!!!

I came in for a tire change, something I always dread because it takes forever and it's just kind of a boring chore. I expected to be here around 1-2 hours but I was out the door in under and hour. It was unbelievable. The gentleman at the desk came to help me, I told him I just needed a regular, low-priced tire, and he picked one out for me without trying to upsell me on a whole bunch of crap I didn't want or need. Told me it would be an hour but it was well under that time. It was such a relief to go to a place for a service, then the place does that service at a reasonable rate and in good time. I wish I could remember the name of the guy who helped me cause he was a solid dude. Definitely 100% recommend, this is as painless as a tire change can be and people seem to like working there.

I've always been a fan of Discount Tire...today they really helped me out!! I've purchased from Discount Tire many times over the years and have always been very happy with the tires and service. So when I was driving home tonight and saw my tire pressure gage on, it was a no brainer to call Discount Tire. I called the Discount Tire down the street from my house less than 15 minutes before they closed. He said to come in since I lived so close. They got me right in and fixed my tire in 10 minutes! They saved me a huge headache because my tire would have been flat by tomorrow. Thank you so much to the guys at Discount Tire on Nolensville!! You rock!!

On Tuesday night my Air pressure light came on so I brought it here at 8 AM AS SOON AS THEY OPEN. this was one of my only off days. After 45 min "inspecting" my car, they say that it was just low and needs air. I thought I didn't put enough air in so I left. 2 days later my tire is even more flat and I noticed a nail in it, I come back and they tell me they can't patch it even though it's in the repairable area and that it will be an hour and a half before they can even do anything to my car. I left and did business elsewhere. I've had great service elsewhere but I won't ever return to this discount tire because they wasted my time and expect me to spend money with them? Heck no.

I needed two new tires. I purchased them online and scheduled an appointment. Upon arrival, I was checked in outside and then directed inside. The place was quite busy but appeared to be working in an efficient way. I was out within an hour. They told me one of my other tires would need replaced soon but were not pushy about it at all which I very much appreciated. I'd definitely recommend them and will be back when I'm ready to replace the other tire.

We started our tire purchase over the phone in IL with Donny at the Nolensville Pike, Nashville, TN location. The tires had to be special ordered. The day before our daughter (who lives in Nashville) had her appointment for those tires, I called the store and found out the special ordered tires weren't going to be at the store by appointment time. Eddie offered comparable tires that cost more than what the special ordered tires would be. He said he would cover the price difference. We showed up for the appointment and they had the tires on the car and us out the door in less than an hour!! Very helpful and courteous staff. Thank you much!!!

You would think with Co-vid, wait times would be longer at service centers, but that's not the case here. Today I showed up five minutes before they opened (thinking I'd be an early bird), and even though 10+ people were in front of me, I still got out in under 35 minutes! I have been going to this location for over five years, their customer service and their work never ceases to amaze me. It's so refreshing to go to a tire shop where you know you'll be treated with kindness and they have fair prices. I highly recommend all of your tires insured by them. Living in Nashville exposes your tires to so many nails! If you want to avoid long waits, show up before they open. If you end up coming later in the day and having to wait, walk over to Prince's Hot Chicken next door and order yourself some hot chicken! That's what I always do!
