I have been coming to this bank regularly for about 2 years now. If I had another one near by I would not be going to this one. The service is terrible, maybe twice a year they'll smile as if someone is watching them. They don't even use simple manners like: good morning, how may I help you?, will this be all?, have a good weekend! When Ralph first started he seemed very polite but now he just seems to be under a lot of stress. He always seems to be doing more than the other tellers. Soon I'll be switching banks, it just seem like I'm always a bother. When in fact I'm there doing what banks are meant to be for.
