I would give 10 stars if I could! The staff here is amazingly kind and thoughtful. Honestly, I hate shoes and hate shoe shopping even more, so keep that in mind when I say that this was hands down (feet down?) the best shopping experience I've ever had.

I originally came to get socks and left with a pair of boots. Pati and Rebecca were amazing and so helpful! It was my first time in Nashville and they really set the bar high for exceptional customer service with product knowledge, proper shoe fitting, and great restaurant recommendations!!

If you are looking for an American made, quality boot I recommend Red Wing. If you are looking for customer service look no further than this location. Rebecca, the owner, took her time with me, measured my feet and made sure all my questions were answered before I left with a pair of boots that could potentially outlive me. Red Wing also does complimentary cleanings on their brand and has re-sole options on many of their lines. There is a bit of an upfront cost with quality shoes, but if you buy here you buy for life.
