Sat at the gate for about 40 minutes before anyone answered the air phone. Tried calling for entrance but no extension for receiving at 0600. Fairly tight backing with limited room and box trucks parked in front of the docks.

People were very nice and decent unload time. Just a lil tight for a full size tractor and 53' trailer to maneuver with the box trucks parked along fence unless you're a blind side parking champ.

Decent location to unload with quick(45 min) in and out time. Arrived 5hrs early and still was unloaded. No lumper fees. No overnight parking,(but if you're SUPER early, you can fit 2 trucks in their driveway to stay the night)
