This facility is disgusting. Dirty waiting room. Dirt on the floor, crumbs on the chairs, filthy window. Smelled like fabulouso cleaning product. I did not feel comfortable getting blood drawn at this place. I just left. When getting any medical work done, I expect the place to be immaculate.

This place is an absolute joke. It’s 817, two employees are inside, both of which strolled in late, and there is a line of people waiting to get in because the front door is locked still. Do not go here.
