Was trying out pillows and the manager (still questioning whether he was actually the manager because of his lack of professionalism) rudely asked me what I was doing and said that I was messing with the inventory. Hmm... Strange... But ok... I explained that I was trying to find which pillow I wanted... By trying them... Which I mistakenly assumed the showroom was for. He kept repeating that this was messing with the inventory. He demanded to know which pillow was originally on the bed, and when I pointed it out he told me I was wrong. I wasn't wrong... but even if I was, that's a pretty aggressive line to take with someone looking to buy your product. Again he repeated the inventory concern of his, at which point I admit I became frustrated. Some hot words were traded and he told me I could F off in front of my wife and toddler then threatened security. Boy that escalated quickly.Some feedback would be (1) to have less concern about the inventory tracking when a customer is looking to buy a mattress and pillow set. (2) Don't call your customers liars when they are trying to be helpful. And (3) don't curse at your customers in front of their children.If this guy really is the manager of that store then corporate should consider finding a better example for their culture. And if their culture is to prioritize inventory tracking over customer service then perhaps a deeper look into values is in order.Guess I'll be buying a different mattress.

I was weary about purchasing a new mattress.I have scoliosis and I wanted high quality and comfort.Camille helped me pick out the perfect mattress. She was knowledgeable and warm. It felt like she actually cared about the kind of mattress I got and I didn't feel pressured making my purchase. Thank you so much.

I recently moved to the area and me and my husband were looking for a new mattress for our guest room. Camille helped us get everything we needed in a quick and orderly fashion! No doubt that we will be getting compliments from all of our out of town guests!!

We ended up ordering online, but we bought it because we were blown away with the showroom! I cannot recommend this location or this mattress enough. Would give more stars if I could!
